I used Envirofone before and was very happy so decided to recycle an Iphone 14 that was in good condition. I received the price quote which I was very happy with and literally as soon as it had been inspected the money was paid into my account. No haggling or scamming just a very fair and satisfactory transaction. I would definitely recommend this company 100%.

I was online to get some new figures for a remortgage and pumped in all of my information and it took ages and then at the end it was to arrange an appointment with an external company "Mojo". I am furious!!!! This should be stated at the start that you won't receive any comparison figures without this. I will never use Uswitch again!

I was totally hoodwinked by this company thinking it was based in London, but it is a Chinese sweatbox scam and the quality is horrendous. I bought a cardigan and it didn't even have button holes and I was offered a 35% refund which still worked out better than the hoops I was being asked to jump through to send this rag back to China for the full refund. It took weeks to arrive and I honestly just put it right in the bin. AVOID THIS SCAM AT ALL COSTS!! All of the reviews are fake!

I ordered a pack of six socks just before Christmas which I never received in time to be a Christmas gift due to the time of year and I was very disappointed, but I got contacted from Christina the founder of Elliosa who apologised for the delay and could not have been more helpful and offered me some extra socks free of charge that were absolutely amazing and this level of customer service and generosity went away above and beyond what was necessary. I was genuinely blown away and could not be happier with the product and company. I would definitely recommend Elliosa 100%.

Bought an extension ladder from BPS Online and it could not have been simpler. Left delivery instructions on my purchase and the ladder got delivered to Glasgow after placing the order at lunchtime the following afternoon. Absolutely brilliant ladder and fantastic service/communications from the company. Would highly recommend BPS for ladders.

Had a visit from George and he was absolutely fantastic! Very courteous, took his shoes off at the door and was very informative about the process and what he was doing and also gave me some great advice. I could not have been happier with the visit.

I ordered a bulk bag delivery at a very competitive price from MKM Glasgow (also getting free delivery) and the whole process was great. Arranged a delivery day and put a delivery instruction on the order and once the loader arrived he was very friendly and literally dropped the bag exactly where I asked him to. A fantastic buying/delivery experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend using MKM.

I needed to get a new battery for my Tissot sports watch that I had a "Battery for Life" card for. The watch had to be sent away and the gent who served me in the Bishopbriggs, Glasgow store couldn't have been more accommodating even though I didn't purchase the battery for life card from there. I got the watch back and the service was great.

I ordered a mirror and it arrived damaged beyond repair. I called customer service and they ordered me a new one and it got delivered right away. I was asked if it was ok for me to dispose of the damaged one which I was happy to do so. Delivery was at 6.30am which was ok for me as I'm up for work anyway, but I was just very grateful to be getting a mirror in one piece after seeing a lot of bad reviews, my experience using Jysk was good.

I had been with Alarmfast in my home for years but they were bought over by Chubb so this company was basically forced onto me. Provided a decent service for a time but after a couple of years I noticed my fees doubling and the money being taken from my bank without any notification. I called up and was told "we don't have to inform you of any change to your payments as long as we send you your monthly invoice". I found this ridiculous so started to cancel my account as they were charging a ridiculous amount for what was basically a service a year. I then spoke to a lady Kate in accounts who informed me I had to wait 15 working days for my refund and her attitude was stinking. I've since completely cancelled and won't be using again.

I was put onto Envirofone after trying to recycle an old Iphone 12 in immaculate condition with "Grade Mobiles" who turned out to be nothing more than scammers. Envirofone made a great offer and did offer a tiny bit less on phone inspection but a very fair price and money paid into my account very quickly. A really fair company and not just scammers I would highly recommend Envirofone to everyone.

Do not send your mobile phone to this company for recycling. They are nothing more than scammers who give you a quote and then slash it dramatically. From £186 for a phone in fantastic condition to £55 which then got upgraded to £75 which were both declined instantly.

I have been using Caroola (formerly SJD Accountancy) for over ten years now and had been very happy until the last year or two where I started to consider leaving due to the sub standard service being provided.
Simon Millington was then appointed as my accountant and those thoughts quickly disappeared. He has been fantastic in all aspects of my accounting, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and has answered all my recent queries very quickly with minimum fuss and all of my accounting is now in a place where I am happy to be a customer of Caroola and this is down to Simon.
I cannot thank or recommend him enough.

I was on to review potential re-mortgage rates for my property and filled in all the lengthy information and personal details to only get to the end of it to be passed to a company called MOJO remortgaging?? What a complete waste of my time and would never have filled out all of my personal details if I thought there was third party involvement.

Do not buy this item it is 100% a pure scam. The cloth doesn't work and is a pathetic piece of blatant robbery. It takes weeks to arrive and over ten pounds to return it to the United States if you wish to return it so hardly worth the while. Do not buy this cloth.

Bought a large television and Sonos speaker and both arrived in perfect condition with a faultless transaction.
Fantastic company and service!

I ordered a nest of tables and two console tables early November and after waiting patiently for 7 weeks a console table was missing the frame. I reported this to customer service and she said she’d call me back that day with an update but never did. I then didn’t have my order for the festive period and had to call them back after New Year where nothing had been done and got a frame ordered which literally arrived yesterday. 2 months waiting on complete delivery is an absolute JOKE. Nice items but wouldn’t touch again with a barge pole.

Bought a new pool table from Liberty Games and it is fantastic. A great product that looks high end and the whole experience and communication from start to finish was first class. Would highly recommend.

I bought a set of three Navy Agate Watercolours with Real Silver after loving the gold set I bought so much and these are much bigger and a little more expensive but so worth it. They are absolutely fabulous. I had to contact customer service and they were amazing to deal with also. I highly recommend this product and the company, I will definitely be keeping a note for future projects.

Ordered four grey acoustic panels and turned out two were grey, two brown. How does that even get passed out of the warehouse. I didn't open them but when I got home the fitter had cut the brown ones after all the packaging and delivery notes had said grey and I had trusted Robert Dyas to get the order correct. I then got told it was my mistake so I am now £300 down after having to buy two more grey panels and pay the worker. Customer service from Robert Dyas was a disgrace and I am still waiting to hear back from them. Don't touch this company with a barge pole.
