Just put in a complaint to head office about a total disrespect for me by a member of counter staff I am a middle aged intelligent woman I was treated like a child by an obviously overworked person who couldn’t handle a situation and started every sentence with And I’m telling you ,,, I have never been spoken to like it before
I’ve waited nine days for a prescription to be told a missing item was not in stock I have been without this med for 8 weeks now having contacted my gp for an alternative generic item and returning to the store with information regarding this I was dismissed belittled spoken to in a tone I didn’t like and extremely patronised with the assistant manager chipping in for good measure making me feel embarrassed and humiliated
The management need to look at the complaints and negative reviews and act accordingly!!

After being quoted extortionate amounts by several travel insurance companies or just a door slammed shut on us (husband recovering from cancer )we gave this wonderful company a call and hey presto a very reasonable and most acceptable quote we can now relax and look forward to our much needed holiday

Had a good experience with a recent order of several items of bedding
Arrived on time with frequent updates the only small criticism and I can understand in some ways and for hygiene reasons I couldn’t look at the goods or feel the quality and softness without breaking the seal “thus making them impossible to return if I wasn’t satisfied
This is not really helpful as a consumer buying online as no samples to inspect as maybe in store ?
I understand the reason behind it but online shopping will always have drawbacks but unfortunately due to health issues have no alternative

I contacted customer services who located a pair of sandals for me from a store nearby that I was having difficulty sourcing
I was overwhelmed at the response from Matalan ROTHERHAM PARKGATE
I phoned them the assistant went to look for them located the sandals from my description
and reserved them for me to pick up

All parts present and correct the blinds are up already !!
They look a little flimsy at a glance but that said seem ok and mechanisms seem strong
The only criticism i have and it’s entirely my doing I should have sent for a sample of the colour ,,,thought I was ordering a pale grey and when the lights on them they are more a blue/grey tone
That said would definitely order again good value and seamless delivery experience

As I was offered a brand new replacement kettle I was more than happy however John Lewis offered me a refund or exchange also so I e mailed Smeg explaining that the issue had been dealt with by the seller
Unfortunately John Lewis got it all wrong and sent me the wrong replacement so I now have no kettle as I sent it back !!
It goes on ….:but thank you smeg for the responses and well done to you

Will keep you posted with this one had a small scratch on my year old kettle a few months ago though it could be my fault and that it might have caught on something so started filling it with a plastic jug in situ. Guess what more paint peeling from the popper top (seems to be enamel painted on plastic ‘chrome ‘ reached out to smeg via the online form they now have asked for purchase proof so have e mailed the two year guarantee from John lewis. Will see now what happens next !!

Couldn’t face a busy card shop so took a chance on my Xmas cards some cards nice and good quality a couple not really great and a bit overpriced for what I got
On the whole would use this company again especially at Xmas but paid close to double what I would in a very well known budget card shop just didn’t have the hassle quick delivery considering postal strike

So impressed with the quality and feel of these cabinet handles but what has impressed me is I mistakenly ordered the incorrect size I e mailed to say what id done and lo and behold when the handles arrived (very promptly) you had rectified it and the correct size turned up so well done to all and thank you

Had my order delivered today the tracking was perfect DPD thank you also handled with care
The bag came very well wrapped with loads of packaging to keep it safe so can’t praise you guys at MK enough can’t wait to give it to my granddaughter for her birthday soon and the monogrammed touch (free) makes it all the more special

Just had to make a call to the call centre to amend my recent order
spoken to a very courteous young man named IBBY sorted my query out immediately for me and although he took the advantage of thoroughly explaining about the merits and prices of extended warranty options for my product it was in a really friendly and polite chat no pressure whatsoever on me when I said I would think about it .Thank you for your help I really appreciated it

Just a little shout out to a lovely member of staff at Meadowhall sheffield last Saturday afternoon
My granddaughter had an empty drink carton she overheard me say ‘lets find a bin ‘and with a swift comment of ‘I will sort that out for you
she took away the carton and disposed of it for us just a small gesture but staff like her on a manic Saturday in a busy store make a difference so thank you
Been in more affluent well known stores where staff would turn the other way rather than help

Having recently had two home deliveries from Iceland and being over 70 needed basic items we would like to thank all the Iceland staff and delivery drivers. Very courteous arrived on time well informed by text and e mail asked after our well-being when dropping goods off at a distance in a convenient place
ok so didn’t get all of the order due to shortages but no problem and did their best to substitute some of the things
