Laithwaites are synonymous with providing customers with a quality,reliable service.

Customer delivery instructions given to supplier of goods do not appear to have been ashered to by carrier.

Goods that should have been left in a specifically designated area were not deposited there. As a result it would appear that part of the order was stolen resulting in replacement goods having to be ordered.

It is vital that carriers follow customer delivery instructions to avoid potential theft and subsequent additional cost to the supplier who has to replace missing item (s)

1. Accessing Customer Account information via automated system ( forgot password) and obtaining current fund value information.
2. Required details on how to set up a possible Trust Fund account or open a secondary account.
