The shoes are good but only 3 stars as Pavers use one of those carriers whose drivers have a very sketchy idea of what the word delivery actually means

Engineer Nathan found himself in the embarrassing situation of not having been fully informed of the job but conducted himself in exemplary fashion.
No stars for Openreach’s communication system. It’s almost impossible to speak to a human. Tip : get yourself put thru to a sales dept. There are plenty of humans there of course. Communications between call centre and engineers is non existent in my experience. I spent all day trying to get broadband of very vulnerable, housebound customer mended so he could use his telephone (needs to keep in contact with doctor) and laptop to order his groceries. An appalling experience. And outage still not entirely mended.
