Motivating and convenient
I’ve been with Goodnick for 10 months now and I can honestly say that I really enjoy these online exercise classes. Each session is only 20 minutes long, which makes them very manageable and easy to fit into a busy schedule. The workouts are enjoyable and never feel overwhelming.
Emma, the instructor, is very personable and has a great way of making the class feel almost like a personal training session. She explains everything clearly and creates a very supportive atmosphere.
There’s also plenty of backup help available if you need it, which is reassuring. Overall, a really convenient and motivating way to exercise
