Firstly I’d give them zero if I could
My Citroen c4 broke down on the 19th of December.i have had no courtesy car since then with no explanation.
It has Citroen warranty and I’ve been calling the customer service everyday since then only to be told no ones available and they’ll call me back they never did , until today the 5th of January To be told my car is not even being looked at till the 12th of January , asked about a courtesy car his reply was they can’t till it’s been diagnosed which is nearly a month without a car they simply don’t care and won’t even try and help you, they’ve had your money .so I’m stranded with no car with no help from them,absolutely disgusted really angry to be treated like this through no fault of my own 😡
Do not get get a Citroen and expect good service you won’t !!!

I placed my order on the 2nd of December and paid extra for 48 hr shipping it is now the 10 th of December and it still hasn’t arrived very poor service !!!

I Had an issue with the paint I’d bought the wrong tint had been put in.
I Contacted them and explained what was wrong , they sent out a replacement the next day with no problem 👍
