The level of disrespect, lack of accountability, and the way I am being treated even when the issue is clearly their responsibility is simply unacceptable.
I genuinely believe that if BMW headquarters came to the UK and visited BMW Leeds branch,( the After Sales and Service department) , they would be shocked by how customers are being treated.
After a very horrific experience, I took my car back to be checked because I felt the previous repair had not been done properly. Been charged £450 just for a three-hour diagnostic check. Been told there was a serious issue with horn and that it needed urgent attention, and they booked me in to fix it.
When I collected the car, it had been damaged and scratched, and there was no proper apology.
Two weeks later, I am still waiting for them to schedule a repair tor the damage they caused themselves. Last Wednesday, I took the car in again to fix the horn. After two days, they said it was repaired and charged a significant amount. However, when I collected the car, the horn was still faulty.
They had told me it was 100% fixed, but it clearly wasn't. It works intermittently sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t
I called them and explained that the repair had failed and the manager simply told me to bring the car back. They also said that because they have no courtesy cars available until April, I would have to cover all transportation costs myself whether for a rental car, taxi, or any other transport.
In the email I received from the manager, there wasn't even an apology for the failed repair.
Instead, all the costs and inconvenience are being placed on me, even though the fault is entirely theirs. They failed to repair the car properly, failed to check it before handing it back to me, and still charged me in full.
What has happened to me at BMW Leeds is unbelievable. They even argue with me, saying
"just bring the car back and we'll fix it," while ignoring the fact that* mistakes, the failed repairs, and the damage were all caused by them.

Refund a faulty item yet after a month and many phone calls no refund

Honestly, the worst customer service experience I've ever had was with Boots, and I really regret shopping there.
I had a large order and one item arrived faulty. I returned it in store, and since the entire purchase was made with a gift card, I asked for the refund to be put back onto a gift card so I could repurchase immediately. The staff member refused and told me customer service would send me a gift card instead. I agreed.
It's now been almost a month and I still haven't received anything.
After one week, I got nothing, so I called customer service. They said refunds can sometimes take up to two weeks and asked me to wait. After two weeks, still nothing.
I called a second time, waited around 20 minutes online, and was told there was an issue they couldn't explain, but promised it would be fixed within five working days. I waited , nothing.
I called a 3rd time and was told I should have received a gift card in store at the time of return. I explained that I had asked for that and the store refused. They then told me to go back to the store, which is unreasonable - I might not even find the same staff member, and I shouldn't have to drive 30 minutes each way because of their mistake.
I was asked to wait again and told the issue was resolved. It's now been another 7 days with no gift card.
I've called four times, spent another 20 min on the phone, and even went back to the city centre in person, and I still haven't received my money. All I got was an apology, no refund no compensation, no goodwill gesture even though this was entirely their fault.
Completely unacceptable and easily the worst customer experience I've ever had.

The products are extremely low quality

The products are extremely low quality
overpriced, and they just trying to copy famous brands. I bought one of their primers it dries out your skin. when you apply foundation over this primer, you’re putting it on a dry surface like wood it breaks up and doesn’t blend properly at all

the worse customer service and customer care

I can easily say this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with because their customer service is terrible. Even when you leave a review, they say they’ll help, but they just send the same message over and over.
For weeks, I’ve been trying to return an item. They sent me a link that doesn’t work because my 30 day return window had passed. They had extended it to 60 days for Christmas, which was their mistake, and I never got the item in the promised 5 days it took almost 10.Every time I contact them, they send me the same link, which says the return has expired and I need to talk to customer service. I’ve contacted them more than 20 times in the past three weeks, and every time it’s a different person giving a different answer without reading my previous messages. Even when they say “we’ll help,” it’s just the same link again.
The item is still in the box and I still haven’t been able to return it. It’s unbelievable. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I could literally repeat over and over until tomorrow

The worst customer service

The worst customer service

I’ve honestly never seen customer service this bad. Every time someone replies, they send a message without even reading the previous ones.
I’ve been waiting for 10 working days for them to send me a link so I can get an item that’s rightfully mine and that I received so late.
They were the ones who broke the promise and were supposed to fix it, but every time a different person replies, gives a new promise, and nothing actually happens
I am waiting for more than 10 working days and have exchanged more than 17 messages

I haven't got my full refund yet and a very disrespectful response from customer service


I’m writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I’ve had with LookFantastic customer service regarding my refund and Loyalty Points.

I’ve been a loyal customer of LookFantastic for a long time and have made many purchases, through which I earned Loyalty Points. A while ago, I used some of those points for an order which was my right as a regular customer. However, after returning one of the items from that order (because the payment was processed incorrectly), I have had a lot of trouble getting my money and points refunded properly.

I returned both items from the same order, and although the payment was taken as one transaction, the refunds were made separately and only after I had to contact you multiple times. It took more than 14 working days, and even then, my Loyalty Points were not returned.

For the past three days, I’ve been messaging your customer service team repeatedly, and each time a different representative replies. Unfortunately, the responses have been inconsistent and unhelpful. Last night, I even received a very rude message from one of your agents, who told me simply to “log in and log out,” claiming my points had been returned which was not true.

This whole situation has caused me a lot of stress and wasted hours of my time. I haven’t received any proper apology or explanation, and it’s disappointing to see such poor service, especially as someone who regularly shops with them

Poor and Disrespectful Customer Service

The Leeds Trinity store manager is rude and aggressive

Unfortunately and sadly the Leeds city centre store is not a friendly shop same as before
Used to be a friendly and lovely store but not anymore
Most of the staff are lazy and pass you around and one the store manager is extremely rude and unprofessional
Although he is young yet he is not patient, so disrespectful towards customers
He is loud and obnoxious
I had an awful experience with him
Although I called customer service they didn't do anything as he lied about the situation and they closed the case
