They didn't bother knocking even though we were in. We then couldn't locate the parcel as it was dark so it was left out all night. Not great.

Lovely company to buy from. Spoke with someone before purchasing and they were happy to help me. Order arrived extremely quickly although was wrong item at first, Baby Centre (Helen) were quick to rectify the problem and I had my new (correct) carseat the very next day. Great company. Very happy with the Kendamil baby food, and our baby would agree. Unfortunately it can be a little tricky to get hold of in our local supermarkets so was over the moon to see Kendamil offered a monthly free of charge delivery subscription as this really helps us out. It was dispatched very quickly too!

After seeing some horrendous ones I was over the moon to come across a very stylish jigsaw playmat that wasn't crazy expensive and worked well in my home. It was exactly as described and great quality. Item arrived quickly too. Would definitely use this company again.

I've used before and would definitely use again. Good prices for lovely flowers and such a good concept. Flowers always look a little sad to start with but always come out and look beautiful and last for ages. Only dropped a star because one of the main flowers in the bunch had a broken stem which meant it couldn't be used which was a real shame on this occasion.

Good price and results were so quick. Went to a test centre in the day, staff were knowledgable and the process was quick and easy. By the following morning I had the results already! Have used a couple of times now and been great everyday.

Needed a PCR test to fly. Husband and I went to a centre on Sunday as we needed the results by end of day Monday and knew it would be collected from a centre rather than drop off point. Around 2pm Monday the app updated for me not my husband saying the test was there but no further update. Spoke to someone and she suggested waiting until 4pm and then chase. We waited until 5pm, phoned spoke to a lovely woman who was happy to help. Unfortunately we got cut off and so another long wait on hold and this time spoke to a rather rude gentleman who said it can take up to 48 hours etc even though it says on the site 11pm the following day. Anyway he put me through to chase it. Spoke to a very helpful guy who chased the lab and got both mine and my husband's results. At first it didn't update on app so the lab phoned me to confirm I had results which I did. So very happy really. For personal reasons we needed our test to be within 48 hours of travel otherwise would have gone a day earlier which would have been much less stressful.

Lovely soft doormat, arrived quickly and even better than I thought it would be. The company offer a 5 year guarantee which goes to show how confident they are about their product. Love the fact they use recycled materials where they can and UK based - both of those are what drew me in to start with. Highly recommend.

Great range of good quality products and always at an affordable price. Staff always very friendly and helpful - if anything its usually Management who seem to chat amongst themselves while the rest of the team run round doing everything.

Love this company. They have a huge range of products to suit all price ranges. The only slight downside with them is returning items can be pricey but so far that hasn't been an issue but does make me consider what I'm buying a bit more.

I came across this company while looking for a new dog bed, and I was really impressed with the range on offer at such great prices too. Order came quickly and I'm really happy with the quality of this product. Its lovely and soft and my dog (the real reviewer) absolutely loves her new bed. From reading the previous reviews it seems I'm in the same situation as everyone else. Placed an order beginning of April which did show as 'back in stock in 2 days' so I ordered with the understanding it would be delayed by a couple of days. Now on the 15th April and my order is still showing as processing and I can't seem to cancel it and get a refund. I've ordered from this company in the past and it usually takes about a week for the item to arrive, I needed these urgently as am about to run out of the stock I have at home. They email me constantly which would insinuate they are still open but no response to emails. I want to know whats going on!!! Please contact me asap. You have £30 of my money and either want the goods or want my money back.

As soon as we walked into the store we knew we would have a better experience than we'd just had in DFS - it was a lot quieter and staff were available to talk to us. We knew which sofa we wanted but needed to choose the fabric - Sofa Workshop completely outshines other places on this as they have a huge selection to choose from. I knocked a star off because the first person we spoke to gave us incorrect information and told us there would be no extra charge for changing the fabric to velvet- which we soon found out not to be the case after we had fallen in love with it. The manager was very apologetic and managed to give us a good price with our extras on top. The sofa arrived exactly when they said it would and is perfect. Very happy and would highly recommend.
