Diseno original y buena calidad de calzado
El diseno de los zapatos es original y lindo. La calidad del calzado es buena. El envio no tuvo ningun inconveniente. La tienda te sugiere usar su escala de medida proporcionada en cada producto para que elijas la talla perfecta. Algunas veces debo usar una talla mas o una talla menos cuando compro Art shoes, asi que usar la escala es una buena idea.

It was a great choice

Lovely customer service and job
The engineers that came to install the internet were really kind. I was a bit confused about why they couldn’t do the job on the first appointment but they did it later on. Lovely customer service as well!

Not sure about venue capacity
I do not think it is about Ticketmaster, it is more about the event. The venue was (I felt it) overcrowded, I felt like there were more people than the building could host... so I could not enjoy myself as much as I always do. But Stereo MCs are great :)

Just a few things to check
Drivers were great! Kind as usual!
The trip back to Bristol arrive half an hour later than the expected hour. I understand that traffic can be unpredictable but I choose that time because I would not stay on board for three hours. So, perhaps you can just say that it will take three hours instead of 2 and a half?
Also, that is a GREAT idea, if you can always put a note on the reserved seats. One passenger was quite aggressive with a French couple who did not know that a seat was reserved.
Anyway, in general terms it was good.

Sorry to learn of the delay to your journey with us. As you are aware - this delay was caused by traffic congestion.
We try hard to minimise the impact that traffic congestion has on our service schedules. Our 24 hour Service Support Centre uses the latest technology to monitor delays across the entire road network. They are able to identify traffic ‘hotspots’ as they occur and are in constant contact with our drivers to advise the best way to avoid delays.
Our planning team will continue to analyse the data received regarding late running coaches and if indeed a particular service is consistently late, then we will of course adjust the timetable to suit. If however these are exceptional circumstances caused by external factors, to extend the running time of the service may render us at a long-term competitive disadvantage when compared with other service providers.
Your comments / feedback regarding signs on reserved seats will be considered.
