From ordering to delivery was reasonably quick. However, I did have to chase for updates.

When I placed my order, I was advised delivery would be delayed. However I was offered a refund or opportunity to wait. I was happy to wait provided this was not too long. I was kept informed along the way and the product arrived within two weeks. Very happy.

I chose the one item I required and ordered it. I was mailed that it would be despatched within a couple of days. When I went to the golf club the next day the club professional informed me that it would be with him in a couple of days. When it arrived he texted me that it was there to pick up. All in all good customer service from ordering it to receiving it.
