Kutchenhaus - Bournemouth It's with pleasure that I leave a 5* rating. I'm so pleased with my new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend the company to others - in fact, I already have done, several times! I was looking for a stainless steel finish for my renovation. Quirky? Yes. Commonplace? No. In fact only Kutchenhaus and Ikea offer such a style within my budget. It was a no brainer to buy from Kutchenhaus. Whilst Claire assisted me in the initial choices of hardware and quartz it was Jim Price who ultimately led the design process. Of course, I had my ideas and requirements but Jim brought it all to life. His patience and professionalism was outstanding. He always had the answers to my questions and solutions to my concerns. Jim was superb in organising around other elements of my property renovation and provided valuable advice on the appliances. When it came to the actual installation, Andy also did a fantastic job. In relation to the fixtures and fittings, I have been impressed by the quality and innovation, e.g. the metallic tambour unit, the matching drawer style door to the dishwasher. The local company used to install the quartz were equally professional. It looks fantastic. Finally, aftersales assistance from Olivia has quite literally been "top drawer"! Thanks to all involved for making my plans and ideas a reality.

I was looking for a 2m media unit with an industrial vibe and, after much research, I finally found it on the Artico website. (There aren't many of this length around). The ordering/delivery process was flawless. The unit is chunky, stylish and well made. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company.
Efficient and friendly service from the team in Poole. I was fairly certain about the style/size of sofa I was seeking to purchase but was grateful for the conversation about pro's/con's which ultimately assisted my final decision. It's a very pleasant store with professional and attentive staff.
When the Kali portrait mirror was hung this week I discovered the top LED strip had become unstuck from the inside of the frame. Although access could be gained to press it back into position, it's fallen a second time. I assume I'll have to use some glue to resecure it. What a disappointing faff.

This is something of an interim review since we are ⅔ of the way into the installation. It seems appropriate to post it now as it may assist others in making a decision to use JK... Basically, the team have been nothing but exceptional in their work and communications to get my system installed. From my first meeting with them at the Home Building and Renovation Show in 2023, I have felt entirely valued as a customer and dealt with in a patient and professional manner. Laura, in the office, has provided the reassuring and knowledgeable support I have needed as I journey through quite an extensive renovation. I have valued this tremendously. Dan has worked to fulfil my ever changing timetable and logistically challenging requests. Josh and James have been the politest, most efficient installation crew I could have wished for. Conditions have been a little tricky on site but their professionalism throughout has been impressive. Tidy, focused and coordinated, they have completed each phase in good time and with a smile! Phase 3 will be in a couple of weeks after which I look forward to the "switch on". A further review will follow after this.

I had to ask a few questions about a particular cloakroom basin. John Garth responded with useful advice and links. He did have to go back to the manufacturer on one matter so sent a follow up email a couple of days later. His communications were clear and well laid out. I hope the product, which will be ordered shortly, lives up to John's excellent customer service.

Holland Gas carried out a service/safety check of the boiler in my rental property. Having identified a couple of issues they returned a few days later to make the required adjustments. Both Craig and Harrison were extremely professional, polite and efficient on site. The logistics and communications, presumably handled by Lorraine, were superb. As a householder, just knowing exactly when someone is going to turn up is so important. I was very grateful.

Fantastic service - thorough, multi-faceted examination with explanations throughout. Valuable advice and opinion during the tricky process of selecting frames. Staff were patient and knowledgeable.
Excellent service from beginning to end - from my initial call to the identification and repair of the puncture. As a single female I appreciated this tremendously. Additionally, the premises is well kept and staff are friendly and professional.
Great service from Celia and Kim in respect of selecting and ordering sunglasses. Efficient eye test during which all my questions were answered. All members of staff are welcoming and knowledgeable.
Excellent service from the staff at the Christchurch branch. As an avid DIYer I was really pleased when this store opened. It's in a very convenient location with good parking; it has a clean, bright and spacious interior. Most importantly there is always a welcoming smile.
Quick delivery only marred by DPD not having instructions on parcel 2 - to leave in the porch/with a neighbour in my absence. I had foolishly downloaded the "Shop" app and selected to ring their customer service number from my mobile to sort it out. That call cost me £9.97. Whilst annoyed, it was my fault to fall for this. I'm very happy with the quality of the punchbag.
