If I could give no stars I would. Their customer service is patchy at best, but the really bad thing is their customer rewards programme, 'Tribe'. The more money you spend, the more points you get to spend on perks such as 42 colour eyeshadow palettes etc. Excellent programme, apart from one MASSIVE problem... hardly any of the perks advertised on their website are in stock, and according to a recent email I received, are not going to be restocked! Isnt this basically fraud? Especially as those exact same out of stock and not being restocked perks are still being advertised on their site as available!
I have spent hundreds of pounds with this company, partly to get those perks. Twice I placed orders to cash in my Tribe points (you cant claim perks without placing an order). I wast told until after the second order that the perks I wanted were out of stock and not being restocked.
AVOID THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

How about having some decent Tribe perks available rather than the 'out-of-stock-and-not-being-restocked' perks you currently are offering on your website?... and no I won't be spending another penny with Beauty Bay. I will be purchasing from Cult Beauty from today
Also readers of this review... Notice how Beauty Bay don't seen to give a t*ss about the fact they are offering customer rewards that are not available, and never will be?

Utter lies from BB in their latest reply. All details were put to BB, on 16th August, to their customer services email address. I told them I wasnt happy about the situation. I got the bog standard 'we will respond within 4 working days' response followed by the reply below
"Hi Dominic,
Thank you for your email.
I am sorry you feel this way."
Nothing else...
Also, as of todays date: 22nd August 2022, the 'out-of-stock-never-being-restocked-perks are STILL on their website as available...
It's nothing short of FRAUD!

OK, so the perks that are not available have been removed from their website - about time if you ask me. If they ahd done this when they knew the items were out of stock and not being re-stocked, none of this would have happened.
Anyway, hats off to Beauty Bay. They offered me 5 x 42 colour eyeshadow palettes by way of a gesture of goodwill. I accepted their kind offer and to the best of my knowledge, the eyeshadow pallets were sent out. However, and this is where I cannot improve Beauty Bays review, they use EVRI as their delivery partner. My items are currently sitting in an EVRI warehouse somewhere... should have been delivered weeks ago (original order was apparently sent out at the beginning of September). I got a message from EVRI at the time, saying
"This parcel is bigger than we expected, so a specialist EVRI courier will need to deliver it. We're sorting this now and will update the tracking information as soon as its on its way".
Seriously EVRI? 5 eyeshadow palettes are bigger than you, a delivery company, were expecting and a specialist courier needs to deliver them? That was back then.. the items tracking info still says the same thing to this day, with absolutely no way of getting hold of EVRI regarding this issue! So, unfortunately, whilst Beauty Bay have contacted EVRI to get them to deliver my items, and those items are still sitting in EVRI's warehouse, and Beauty Bay are using EVRI as a delivery partner, I would still say avoid Beauty Bay! You are not guaranteed to get your haul (I even bought a haul pass to get all my items the following day... EVRI don't always honour this either). It's a shame because Beauty Bay did their best to rectify my problems... it's just their less than useless delivery partner who is letting them down and has lost Beauty Bay this customer (and I used to spend several hundred pounds a month with them)
Message to Beauty Bay: If you ever decide to use a reliable delivery partner in the future, please do let me know. I LOVED your brand until this sh*tstorm blew up!
