Vodafone Three.. the absolute worst!
Since the merger with Vodafone, Three have seriously gone down the toilet. Trying to talk with their Indian call centre seems to be getting harder and harder... either that or three are hiring more and more people who cannot understand English! I have in the last few days spoken to about 5 or 6 different people in their Indian call centre and not one of them seems to be able to grasp my problem... I think my problem is quite simple... I will try it on you dea rreader...
I ordered a SIM card early last week. It was supposed to be delivered to me by last Friday. I still dont have it. I spoke to Amazon Logistics about it (at the request of three) and they told me that the paperwork sent to them by three for my delivery was incorrect so Amazon Logistics could not deliver the SIM card to me. It really is that simple, however nt one of the people I have spoken to about this at three seems to understand. I keep trying to explain the problem and every time each person tells me I need to wait for the delivery from Amazon
It is so infuriating that they don't understand that I wont be getting the delivery by Amazon because the paperwork three sent Amazon is wrong.
I am leaving Vodafone/three as I cannot take this BS from their contact centre any more. If their call centre staff, regardless of where they are in the World, cannot understand a problem , they shouldnt be working in an English speaking call centre... surely?
And.. to add insult to injury... I just found out that the complaint I put in to three about this situation was cancelled on the day I put the complaint in as they apparently couldnt get hold of me... which is total rubbish... when I spoke to them on their live chat feature on their website, and I ended the conversation threatening a complaint to Ofcom, oddly, someone from three called me back within 5 seconds of me ending the conversation... so it would seem that vodafone three customer services staff will cancel your complaint wihtout any hesitation if they dont want to deal with the complaint! Nice!
***Update*** I was called this evening by someone from three saying they wanted to discuss my complaint. They asked my name as part of their 'security' checks. I told them 'Dominic Sinclair' the idiot on the other end of the line said 'oh, sorry, I think im talking to the wrong person'. and hung up on me!!! And they wonder why Im leaving them, lol
