OMG!

OMG! How brilliant is this app. With Songer, you simply tell it what you want, from musical style, to lyrics and the AI does the rest for you... usually within about 3 minutes from start to finish. You end up with an amazing track ready to publish... AND the legal rights to the tracks you create are yours to do with as you wish (listen, publish, realease commercially) and with the upcoming upgrades... I. CANNOT. WAIT

I dont have an account with these…

I dont have an account with these clowns... however I keep getting letters at my home address for people who dont live here. I have lived at my address for over 25 years and Halifax, despite me sending in letter after letter explaining the situation, andphoning and emailing... despite all this (and their promises they will remove my address from their saystems) I am still getting letters etc for people who dont live here. The ICO have said this could very well be a breach of GDPR... so if you trust The Halifax, please be aware, they could be sending out your details and information to people who are not connected with you (GDPR Breach)

Vodafone Three.. the absolute worst!

Since the merger with Vodafone, Three have seriously gone down the toilet. Trying to talk with their Indian call centre seems to be getting harder and harder... either that or three are hiring more and more people who cannot understand English! I have in the last few days spoken to about 5 or 6 different people in their Indian call centre and not one of them seems to be able to grasp my problem... I think my problem is quite simple... I will try it on you dea rreader...

I ordered a SIM card early last week. It was supposed to be delivered to me by last Friday. I still dont have it. I spoke to Amazon Logistics about it (at the request of three) and they told me that the paperwork sent to them by three for my delivery was incorrect so Amazon Logistics could not deliver the SIM card to me. It really is that simple, however nt one of the people I have spoken to about this at three seems to understand. I keep trying to explain the problem and every time each person tells me I need to wait for the delivery from Amazon

It is so infuriating that they don't understand that I wont be getting the delivery by Amazon because the paperwork three sent Amazon is wrong.

I am leaving Vodafone/three as I cannot take this BS from their contact centre any more. If their call centre staff, regardless of where they are in the World, cannot understand a problem , they shouldnt be working in an English speaking call centre... surely?

And.. to add insult to injury... I just found out that the complaint I put in to three about this situation was cancelled on the day I put the complaint in as they apparently couldnt get hold of me... which is total rubbish... when I spoke to them on their live chat feature on their website, and I ended the conversation threatening a complaint to Ofcom, oddly, someone from three called me back within 5 seconds of me ending the conversation... so it would seem that vodafone three customer services staff will cancel your complaint wihtout any hesitation if they dont want to deal with the complaint! Nice!

***Update*** I was called this evening by someone from three saying they wanted to discuss my complaint. They asked my name as part of their 'security' checks. I told them 'Dominic Sinclair' the idiot on the other end of the line said 'oh, sorry, I think im talking to the wrong person'. and hung up on me!!! And they wonder why Im leaving them, lol

Dreadful Experience

Dreadful Experience! Tried buying their 4.5kg pick n mix box for £198. Every time I completed the flavour selection process to 100% and pressed 'add to bag' the page kept on resetting itself and clearing out all my selections. This happend about 4 times. (I was also trying to redeem my free birthday chocolates box) I tried to ring them. Couldnt get through to anyone. I tried to talk to someone on their web chat... again, couldnt get through to any real person and their web chat was of no help whatsoever. So I sent them an email. I got an auto reply saying they would get back to me within 5 working day! 5 working days??? they clearly dont give a toss about their customers. I have now cancelled my membership and will buy my chocolates from a company that does give a toss!!!

Recently bought a brand new Z Fold 7…

Recently bought a brand new Z Fold 7 from an ebay shop, but because the seller is a person and not a business, the phone is now classed as second hand and these clowns wont insure it. The phone was brand new, in its original box and with its original packaging and original Samsung seals on the box, and they wont insure it! Surely, if something is brand new, it shouldnt matter where it was purchased.

To be fair, these clowns didnt have my model listed on their website... Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 512Gb. They claimed they didnt know that Samsung did a 512Gb version. Dont trust them to insure your bubble if they dont know what phones are available

Cover for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 512Gb is currently unavailable but we do hope of offer this in the future for eligible devices.

Ive had several burgers from Burgerism…

Ive had several burgers from Burgerism in the past and they have all been absolutely delicious, however, the burgers I ordered from them this weekend just gone (03.08.25) were absolutely horrible.

Upon opening the burger boxes (two of them) the black wrapper that the burgers come in, was literally dripping with grease/fat. The buns themselves were so soaked in grease/fat that they had to be binned. They were inedible. The rest of the burgers were just so soaked in grease/fat, they also had to go in the bin. However, the skin-on-fries were OK. For 2 burgers that cost over £30 (via deliveroo) I would have expected the burgers not to be dripping in grease/fat (burgers I have had from Burgerism in the past were never dripping in fat... juicy, yes, but not swimming in fat). I will not be buying anything from Burgerism again... not for that price

It would be nice if this company hired…

It would be nice if this company hired people that know what theyre doing. I was waiting on a parcel being delivered today (perishable goods). I was following the delivery on their app. All of a sudden I got a 'sorry we missed you' message! The photo the idiot driver had added was of the back of the building where there isnt even an entrance to get into the building! So how can they have missed me (apparently there wasnt anyone here to sign for the delivery!!!!) ffs! what a bunch of backward idiots

I would give them zero stars if it were…

I would give them zero stars if it were possible. I took delivery of a consignment of fragile stage prop masks. The box was VERY CLEARLY marked as FRAGILE. This clearly gave the delivery guy permission to simply throw the box on the floor to take a picture of it. He then got all defensive when I pointed out the box was marked fragile and he shouldnt have thrown the box on the floor. AVOID this company if you're sending anything fragile, that is clearly marked fragile as it would appear that Parcelforce staff cant read or understand English and clearly dont give a toss about you and your package!!!

The WORST customer service

How this company is in business is beyond me. I recently spent a few thousand pounds on fragrances from the Salford Shopping Centre store. A few weeks later I realised I hadnt received any receipts. I was told in-store by the manager that my receipts would be emailed to me. They weren't. I called their customer services number to see what was wrong and why i wasnt getting my receipts. The first guy I spoke to didnt seem to understand the problem and kept asking me for an order number in order to get into my account. I told him that I obviously didnt have an order number becasue I wasnt receiving receipts by email. He then snapped at me "How am I supposed to get into your account without an order number?". I said to him "I dont worj for your company but Im guessing checking against my email address might work" He got arsey so I asked to speak to someone that could understand the problem. He hung up on me! I rang back and spoke to someone else who went away for a few minutes, claiming to be speaking to his customer support team (which I doubt). He then came back to me and told me they didnt issue receipts via email for store bought items and I would have to go into the store to sort it out (I knew this was total BS as I had bought things from them in store in the past and always got receipts via email). I had already done this and the store had told me that I needed to call the customer services number to sort the problem!!! Sadly this company is let right down by a totally incompetent customer services department (and also a particularly nasty customer services department... the in store staff told me their customer services department are also totally vile to the shop staff as well as customers).

I will NEVER buy another fragrance from this company again and any unopened items from my last several thousand pound haul over the last month or so will be going back for a full refund. If their customer services department think they can treat their customers like rubbish they have another think coming wont be getting another penny of my money!

Its almost like you dont read these complaints... I have said in the complaint that I dont have any receipts so I dont have any order numbers! Clearly TFS dont give a damn about their dreadful customer service.

If you bothered to read all the 1 star reviews youd see that your biggest issue seems to be your customer service department

I have suffered with IBS for many years…

I have suffered with IBS for many years now. Frequency and urgency almost kept me prisoner in my own home. I had tried everything... many different branded 'solutions', none of which worked for long. Then I discovered enterosgel! Oh! My! Days! I cannot thank Enterosgel enough. After just 2 tablespoon sized doses, my 'frequency' of needing to go is down massively. So far, I have had absolutely no urgency issues at all, and 'texture' is about back to non IBS standards. Thank you Enterosgel... you may have just given me my life back

Absolute bunch of clowns!

This review is about Equans in East Manchester

I received a letter on 11th January from these clowns (the letter was dated 6th January 2025!) telling me I had a gas safety check booked in on 15th January, although they had not stated any particular time! The letter went on to say that if I had a problem with this date, I could call the number in the letter or email the email address in the letter. I chose to send an email. In my letter I explained that 15th Janaury was not convenient for several reasons. 1) I couldn't really get time off work on 15th given it was a couple of weeks after our Christmas break and the company I work for weren't allowing paid time off for that reason. and 2) they had literally only given me two working days notice!. I didn't get a response to this email.

Surprise! On Wednesday 15th January, a gas engineer turned up at my flat. I wasn't there so couldn't let them in (I was at work... I have a Ring doorbell). When I got home that night, the engineer hadn't put a card through my letterbox telling me they had missed me and could I ring their number to re-arrange?. No, they hadn't put it through my letterbox. They had taped it to the main front door of this 64-flat building I live in... Totally unprofessional. Anyway I rang their number to try and re-arrange the appointment only to get a message telling me that at busy times, I might be kept hanging on the phone for over an hour before they could answer my call! I didn't get through to anyone. I left a message which their answer machine said they would try to respond to within the next 24 hours!

Equans is an absolute joke! If I could leave no stars, I would.

I should perhaps add that I have Bi-polar Disorder and this kind of incompetence really triggers me.

Every single order placed either cancelled or refunded!!!

Over the years, I have not placed a lot of orders... five or six in total, but, every single order I have placed through OnBuy.com has either been cancelled by the sellers or refunded because the item either never arrived or was damaged when it arrived.

Today was the last straw... woke up to a message from a seller to tell me the colour of the item I had ordered through them was out of stock! No. I don't want it in black or grey. I ordered white because my bathroom suite is white. A black or grey one is going to stick out like a sore thumb

Is there a serious point to OnBuy.com? or are they just entirely useless? And they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to invest in them several months ago. No thanks. I don't want to be associated with such a rubbish company!

I used to love using my Sodastream…

I used to love using my Sodastream HOWEVER, the flavours offered here in the UK are getting boring AF. In the States you can get all manner of different flavours including things like Mountain Dew... not here in the UK. Which is odd as Sodastream is owned by PepsiCo!!! so you would think they would put some effort into their flavors offering? Maybe they don't really want a decent customer list from the UK? who knows!

Absolutely terrible service!

Absolutely terrible service!
I purchased one of their combination Microwave/Grill/Convection Ovens through Amazon on 30th September. The seller had placed my order directly with Statesman Appliances. The delivery date was 3-4th October. On 4th October I checked the item tracking info. At this time, Yodel didn't even have the item yet. Their tracking info said it was still with the sender! I canceled the order with the seller (not Statesman Appliances) and got a refund. The tracking info had updated to say my item was then expected by 9th October!. I will NEVER buy a Statesman Appliances product ever again!

This company is utter rubbish!

YBS show the other financial…

YBS show the other financial establishments how it's done! My mother recently had a massive stroke and lost the entire use of the right side of her body and the power of speech. YBS made the job of using my PoA to be added to Mums account so easy and straight forward. Others (cant mention names but especially one of them has a red flame as their logo) could do with taking lessons from YBS. Thank you YBS for making a difficult time a lot easier

My mother recently had a stroke. I have power of attorney over her property and financial affairs. On the PoA, there is a second person named as attourny, but she lives over 100 miles from where I live. Neither of us have to act jointly. This is stated in the PoA. Despite this, Santander insist that in order to register myself on my own mothers accounts, BOTH people named on the PoA document have to go into the same branch of Santander together! They are the only financial business that have said this. All the others I have been to, don't have a problem with just me (being next of kin) going in and using the PoA document to be attached to my mums account.

I will NEVER bank with such a backward-facing, non helpful financial establishment. Im just sorry I have to even deal with them now.

A brilliant company with second-to-none…

A brilliant company with second-to-none customer service. There was an issue with their website when I placed my order, meaning the wrong item was accidentally sent to me. Tom was brilliant. The issue was sorted and I have my correct order within 3 days. Tom was very helpful. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
