Hi there, I understand that your parcel was left outside in an unsafe place and it should have been left at a safe place as per Yodel's standard safe place policy. I am sorry to hear about your experience so far and the driver should have been more responsible to follow the correct delivery method and follow the Yodel's safe place guidelines.
