Have they gone out of business? Initial quote was good with a follow up confirmation asking to await further information to submit photos & info. This never came. Began the process again, no email at all. Found their email address to contact them directly and it bounces back.

If you want to work for a firm that pays minimum wage and crap commissions but expect you to lie and cheat the cars from customers. Come and work for money 4 your motors. Every car they buy goes to mannheim auctions as the firm is owned by them. They tell you to find fault with cars that are not there. And lie to customers to buy the cars and vans for nothing. They then go on to sell them for huge profits. Disgraceful business.

From start to finish was a very simple process.
I gave them honest answers. Told them we had a dent in the rear door and scratches along passengers side.
Gave a price still £500 more than competitors.
Two men turned up to collect the car. Again very professional help us through handover. All very simple because so professional. Would definitely use again and fully recommend

Was quoted nearly £6000 for my car, had the phone call giving all information, everything was amazing the only damage was very minimal scuffs on the alloys, have full service history and MOT passed. All info was passed onto the financial team and they then quoted me just over £4000!!! I paid just shy of £10k for the car 2 years ago, looked after it well and never had a problem and they expect me to give it for £4000? No chance, don't reccomend at all unless you're selling for scrap value

I would recommend anyone thinking of using this company, not too. Do not waste your time. Appraisal was completed, guy said the company decided not to buy the car because of a small scratch at the back of the car. He said that this is the 4th time that this company has done this to different customers and seems to be their usual practice. He then went on to provide me details of another car buyer. I then received a text to say I had declined their offer, confused, I called and they said the appraiser had said there was an oil leak and something stuck in the engine. Surprised, I took it back to the garage that completed my service and MOT just a few weeks ago, who confirmed this was not the case and had no idea where or how they came to this conclusion! Used a different company, got more than I thought and less hassle than these.

Easy process

It was an easy and satisfying process, the people involved in the sale were very professional and friendly, it was a very satisfying experience.

Do not deal with these people, what they offer is a con. Offer prices online, send email after email asking you to proceed, then when you call they say their offer is too high and offer less.

Everyone knows how frustrating it is to enter car description online. I had to do a minimum and provide my phone number. A very professional and personable person called me - Andy McLeod. If the call took a long time, it did prevent errors. Andy did everything that he said he would.
The collection itself was smooth and hassle free. Finally the payment was VERY fast.

Less than expected for my car but this was a very easy process from start to finish and very quick payment.

My initial phone call to discuss my car was good and they were very helpful with me, getting the car picked up with a date etc was at times difficult. When the car was picked up the driver Jordan was such a nice guy and very helpful and took his time with the process and explained each part of the process and what he was doing. I would use them again, especially from the pick point of view and the way Jordan handled himself.
