Turned up to my 12 year olds apparently…

Turned up to my 12 year olds apparently driving experience after booking with activity superstore which sent me to book with another provider all done. Multiple times I tried to book butni eventually got their. So I thought I had. I drove 1 hr away from home to be told their voucher expired and the system should not of allowed us to book. I paid £35
£25 surcharge fee and £10 for photos and they then tried to get me pay for extended time on my voucher which still would of been un usable. Avoid this company i dont know how their allowed to operate like this

I can confirm that I have contacted the experience provider on your behalf and they have confirmed that your booking is in their system for the end of the month as requested. The reason they did not have your booking was due to incorrect voucher details being provided to them. I have also extended your voucher so that you do not have issues on the day. They have also confirmed that they will send you a separate confirmation email shortly.

After this company allowed me to book…

After this company allowed me to book and then email me saying their systems allowed me to book and now after 20£ to extend which will leave me needing to re book and then the place will most likely be unavailable. Their response to emails is terms and conditions yet my voucher did not have any t&c in the voucher. They wanted 25£ surcharge £10 for photos but for all the photos will be £40 on the day £34 waiver fee. £20 to renew voucher and £20 cancellation fee of you dont turn up. All this money for a item i did not buy as it was a xmas gift. The customer care team is appealing and they clearly are robots stuck on the no refund and please read t&c. My bank as helped me to get my money back and ill remain with the honest reviews because this company as ruined my sons gift and they show no compassion . I tried to book this event for ages hours on the phone to be told sorry no cars are available unless you want to upgrade for more money. Absoukte joke. I paid and they send a email to let me down absoulte joke of a company

We understand how frustrating it must be to book an activity and the availability be limited over the winter months. We do state any surcharges and optional extras during the booking process, but I’m sorry this wasn’t made clearer to you upfront, these are paid to the supplier and are optional. I moved home in the same street and…

I moved home in the same street and they made me a new account when I only wanted to change the home number as my postcode was the same. It was not that simple £85 bill to move. My account still shows my old account that I'm in credit £16.47 but I apparently owe £57.50 from last month's bill which i paid. I can not get in touch and Ive received a message saying they will contact me today on this number so I phone and it says they are open Monday- friday so I'm not sure why recieved this on a Sunday. I have no way to pay my new bill as I'm still connected to me old account which virgin media some reason did not update jut for some reason that is my fault

Sorry to hear you're unhappy with the moving process, although you may have moved to a different property on the same street as accounts are linked to properties and not customers a new account would have had to be set up for the new address. This is the same for all customers.

Absoulte scam of a company

Absoulte scam of a company. Allowed me to book for my child and then I find out it's unusable because the availed date it 6 months away in March and the voucher would expire so they have asked for me to pay to extend. A surcharge fee and phot fee. A spectator fee a insurance fee Jesus's. Why not say on the voucher their are so many hidden fees!

Not happy atall my child had a junior…

Not happy atall my child had a junior driving expereince for xmas 2024 when we have tried to book it's been full and the only available space was March 2026 the voucher expires December 2025. As I though the expiry was for booking I have paid extra charged for my child to attend. To now find out their is insurance charges. 3 differnt extra charged and now they have emailed me saying the we need to use the voucher before it expires but ive allready booked and paid and had confirmation for march 2026 so if we turn up we will be told to leave. Absoulte ridiculous if it's expired I want my money back from the extra charges. I have recieved 3 emails about the insurance so why they sending me emails if it's going to be expired. Im going to get in touch with citizens advice

Ive recently been having yodel delivery parcel ive purchased of Ebay and they hold your parcel for longer then needed. It says we have your parcel but then it stays like that for atleast 5 days . Then they dont even deliver it on time or they can not find my address. Now another parcel is with them which I needed this week and I dont think ill get it until the weekend which will be to late

For the 3rd time now I have noticed amazon prime subscription on my bank statement when I have never joined amazon prime. I only order of amazon if I can not find the item in store or click&collect. I brought a phone case for my son which was £6 and they've charged me 5 times for prime. Now I needed an apron for my child at school to notice they have been charging me for a subscription I did not enroll in. My last amazon purchase before these 2 was in 2023. Not good and not going to bother with amazon again as 2 items around £12 have costed me like £50 in the long run for a service I did not want. It also says I have watched 0 prime movies. That's because I dont watch amazon prime. This is the 3rd time ive had to cancel over the years I did not sign up for this! Absoulte criminals

Came to use my childs one4all card…

Came to use my childs one4all card which was gifted to his for Christmas around 3 years ago. £50 was on it but now their is £37.50 we are unable to use this card to put towards a item he wants as you can not use this as part payment. It literally runs out soon so we wont be able to use this money and have no clue what to do

My second review as my appointment on the 8th July they ordered the wrong part and phone me when I was going home in a taxi. They told me I needed to collect the car because the moron ordered the wrong part and said I did not tell them my car model. They sent me the letter! They had my liscence plate and vin number how did they order the wrong part

Been told not to drive my citroen for…

Been told not to drive my citroen for the airbag recall. Stellantis do not answer and when they do they are no help. They tell you to call another number who tell you to call stellantis the team who do not answer until 2 hours on the line. They will not give anyone a courtesy car. I got booked in with my local garage as stellantis was useless. Customer care call was pointless also. This has cause me so many problems I need my car to drive to the other side of the uk this weekend! I need a car for god sake. Citreon will be bankrupt after this. Not many happy customers atall and they have had this ongoing for years.

I have had shudder for a while but…

I have had shudder for a while but theirs not alot of good things to watch. Also need movies what are down as shudder are not realised on shudder at release date. Clown in a cornfield is shudder but not on shudder. Also desert fiends is a shudder movie from 2024 and is not on shudder in 2025. Why? The shudder trailers what look good are never on shudder app

Well I paid 235£ for 4 nights in Wales…

Well I paid 235£ for 4 nights in Wales golden sands for 5 people
Which includes a newborn. Charged me for a newborn. Then I find out golden sands have sent me another bill of £120 so it would of been easier to book through golden sands. On top of that golden sands contacted me to tell me their was no upgrade available even after buying the upgrade

Absoulote con artists

Absoulote con artists. They phone you once you have ordered a coin to Try and sell you more coins you would not of ordered. They ask multiple times even after you told them you are not interested. They say you can send back if your not happy which I did and they are now saying they still wsnt all the money and sending it to debt and putting money on top. I sent the coins back and being made to pay £171. I will never buy of this company again. Free coin but pay postage and you get harassed by not stop emails and calls and then have you clean of. Saying they have not recieved my coins which I sent back. I've had multiple calls with people who don't seem interested in anything you say. They just go of a system.i honestly wish I did not send the coins back because I think I'm going have to pay. Before you ask for more info. I have gave more info 2 times allready and no one gets in touch!

They make it that hard to make a password you loose and forget your password. You then can not sign into your password. While all along some scammer tries to get access to your account so you need to keep changing your password. They then ask for Skype and Microsoft account for xbox does my head in

I was contacted by this company and…

I was contacted by this company and they sent me some coins. I told them I wasn't sure I would wsnt them but they assured me I could return if I was not happy. I sent them back and they say they have not recieved the coins and still sending reminders for the payment. I spoke to customer service a couple of times. One which cancelled and took my card of the system. I'm still receiving emails and letters. I don't know what to do as I have sent the coins and they still want me to pay. I will never ever buy anything of this company. They send you coins which are not the value they state they are. So unhappy with this company and to top it off. They contacted me!

Will never buy ofnaports direct online again. Editid my post as i spoke to chatbot. They sent 3 split deliviers. Ive recived a text today and their deliving 2nd delivery but im at work so its not exactly good! And i dont know when the 3rd delivery will be here.I ordered 100£ worth of things from sports direct and only half of my order as come. I have not had a email saying it will be 2 seperate delivery's. It only shows as 1 delivery. Lego set and trainers did not come. Also the tracksuit brought for my son was not in the clear bag and was clearly a return product all scrunched up!. Not very good at all. I've checked the clothes over for damages and seems fine but had abit of a damp smell to it. Now hopefully my other things come soon on a day I'm not working

I've ordered 3 orders of amazon and never enrolled into amazon prime. I don't watch tv and I dont order many items. I recently saw on my PayPal that I have been getting charged 8.99 a month of amazon. Looked into my account after months of being signed out as I hardly have used it unless I needed something my account showed I was subscribed. This is not true I never subscribed. I don't even have netflix or any streaming service or delivery company. I want my money back you robbing thief's!!!!
