Only helpful in cancelling my order with them

Bought one of their cordless vacuum from Lidl less than a year ago and needed a replacement crevice tool due to misplacing it.

I contacted Lidl who redirected me to Beldray. Prior to contacting Lidl I scrolled through the website to fNind the part. Found a crevice tool pretty much identical to the one I needed but under a different vacuum model number. Both Airapid models just the part was for a more newer and recent model. I asked Beldray customer support to confirm if it would be compatible with my model. They said it wouldn't be.

After researching a bit and comparing my model to the new one I decided to order the part anyways. But... plot twist I cancelled my order with Beldray and then I ordered the same part from an independent retailer on eBay who offered free returns, free postage and warranty which are things Beldray didn't offer. The crevice tool fits perfectly fine with my model.

I think it's disappointing that Beldray stop selling some parts for products under a year old and still under a warranty. Despite selling a crevice tool that technically IS COMPATIBLE with my model I was told it wasn't all because of the product code not matching. It may be a tactic to have customers buy a whole new vacuum. I probably wouldn't buy a Beldray Vacuum again once it reaches the end of its life knowing that postage amd returns are not free for most orders, Beldray team's lack of product knowledge and "throw away" culture. Shame because technically they lost out on a sale and customer.

The three stars is solely because the Beldray support chat agent who cancelled my order did it promptly and was polite.

Excess Reimbursement Car Hire Insurance - Would use them again!

I got Excess Car Hire Insurance via Confused.com for a car I hired in Greece with Europcar. First time using this service.

One of the best and I highly recommend them. I browsed on Which! For the best recommendation on excess insurance cover for rentals, prior to finding them. This company should definitely be on there.

Phone calls with the agents were great, they were helpful and courteous when answering questions and adding drivers to my cover. Receiving my reimbursement was timely and completing the the form for the claim was very easy.

Really affordable and well priced too!

Currently having a good experience. I've been paid on time. I'm able to communicate well with agents who are managing the mystery shops/jobs. Shame they have many negative reviews.

Extortionate prices

I bought their Orange Blossom Neroli deodorant in June 2024 and it finished October 2024. I used it each night after showering. I'm not someone who works out or needs to shower twice a day. Not worth £18 in my opinion. It doesn't last a very long time. It's also not antiperspirant, the deodorant literally drips off. Although they are refills, not exactly environmentally friendly because the refills have a decent amount of plastic too. They smell amazing but it's a product that needs work. I think it would work better as a liquid roll-on instead of a waxy balm. A £3 Mitchum deodorant lasts me a whole year and a bit.

They are also hiding the reviews for this product on their website, hence why I'm posting on Trustpilot. When I click read more it duplicates the ones I've read. Dates of the reviews are also not in chronological order. I would be wary of this company. Not exactly practising what they preach.

Good communication and good pricing

I booked my airport transfer a couple days before my flight online. I received an email stating that the company would not be able to drop us off at our accomodation but instead somewhere near by. The email had clear instructions how to organise it. I called after work, short waiting time on the phone. The lady organised a location/Hotel drop off that was close to the Airbnb. Really well priced.

There was a bit of confusion at the airport because the agency didn't often stop at our drop off location and decided whether to use a small van instead of a coach ride. The coach driver and team members shortly came to a decision that they would to drop us off. Just happy we weren't left stranded at Fuerteventura Airport. Didn't need to contact Holiday Taxi, I guess that shows that Holiday Taxi has partnerships with reputable Airport Transfer/travel agencies.

Not for Everyone

The resources they provide via Percipio are good. PDFs of books, videos, mini tests for each module also mock examinations. The agents check in every now and then to see if you ready to take your exams.

The only area I believe they lack is student support, as a student who has ADHD and dyslexia I struggled to keep up with studies. Even when we came up with solutions to help. The agents were not consistent with weekly check-ins and the resources they provided were quite poor (e.g. weekly study planner grid; if I can I'll attach the the document they sent. Quite poorly made)

I would only recommend this course to anyone who is really good at independent study and absorbs information quite easily, because when it comes to providing accessibility assistance and screening students who may need it, they fail.

Imagine paying £60 a month for 3 years (still paying it off until this day) to only have access to resources and unlimited exam retakes for a year. And you have to complete 3 courses in a year. In my case it was CompTIA+, Network+ and Office.

I'll let the public decide if that's good deal or unrealistic and shooting yourself in the foot.

Easy Delivery and Well Packaged

Ordered a watch. Came on time, got it for a bargain. Due to start Christmas shopping, get in some good deals! Only problem I have with the website is when looking at clothing you only see the front. Can't see the side profile nor the back of the product. Doesn't make shopping experience very helpful

Possibly Just Received A Fake/Replica

So far not impressed. Their authentication process needs some improvement. I've made a dispute let's see how they deal with it but right now they are looking very scammy.

Reply - You have clearly not looked into anything. My dispute is about receiving a counterfeit fake pair of Jordan 1s. I have sent images to Klekt throught their contact us form and I am awaiting a reponse nothing to do with delivery, thank you.

Impressed and Happy

Delivery was super quick. Their customer service are responsive and polite. High quality items and fairly priced. Sized well. So glad they have free returns. Online Shopping feels so much better knowing that if something doesn't fit correctly you don't have to worry about spending for postage. Overall had a really good experience with them. Will definitely shop with them in future and will be keeping an eye out for their new releases and excellent sales. They've won a new loyal customer .

Most definitely affordable :)

Spent maybe a week searching to buy an S10. Many major retails were either out of stock or either selling refurbished ones. Some were ridiculously priced ranging approximately from £500 ‐ £700. And then payment plans were not flexible at all and with high interest rate.

Went onto Affordable.co.uk for the first time did a little research and found that they sold brand new Samsung phones but from European branches. They also have a variety/exclusive pay monthly plans that you could never come across directly from a network provider and managed to find EXACTLY what I was looking for in terms of how much I wanted to pay and how much data I want.

Made the purchase very much late in the evening and the phone basically arrived in less than 24hrs free delivery too!

So far I'm a very happy customer lets wait and see how the phone works!

Package came in decent condition, the delivery guy was patient and waited for the door to be opened. He properly followed through by taking evidence it had been delivered and socially distanced. Also was polite!

It's legit

It's legit, order was on time, and arrived on the given date. Transaction was simple and smooth. Very happy with the service. Package was wrapped well and protected will a good amount of bubble wrap. Very happy!
