OMG Swatch Watches Impossible to Know Size Of

OMG, the thing I never ever had/have problems with when ordering any OTHER watch. Band size, watch size. Swatch has these very small, short banded watches which are easy to order when you want an adult watch. Swarch does not mark these small wartches in any way you can know this!!!

WHAT is wrong with this stupid company? You can easily order a child's watch when you want to order an ADULT size watch. I still don't know how to avoid this and, frankly, done with Swatch. They are just plain awful.

Stupid watches -DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Stupid watches! You pay a fortune for the dumb things and then when you go to replace the batteries, they don’t work anymore so you might as well just throw them away and buy new ones but oh by the way, don’t buy another swatch watch!!!!!! Thanks for nothing! Oh, and another thing, there’s no information whatsoever on their website on how to change the battery. There’s something called Dr. Swatch and when you go to call that phone number it’s disconnected.

a Filipino Swatch fan here!!

I am a loyal Swatch user since I got my first Swatch watch when I started working in the Philippines. I remember it was the Classic Black & White Swatch cheapest model. When I worked in UAE, I have availed the Mystery Watch several times and the Swap old Swatch with new Swatch but I learned that the offer is no more available. I just bought a new Chrono Swatch today in Al Wahda Mall, Abu Dhabi. Shout out to Miss Jovie Brillo and Miss Xenia for their professional and exemplary customer service. I thank them for their sincerity & utmost importance and attention to their customers like me!

Wasteful product. Bin and buy new is Swatch approach to repair

Never write reviews but making exception for swatch/Omega.
It’s a very wasteful product especially when you get told “watch is 3 years old so out of warranty, therefore throw into landfill and purchase new”.
That is the message I got from Swatch Perth. “Entry level watch” so got offered another at half price. No thanks!
Nice simple watch but unrepairable is unacceptable, therefore waste of money.
A shame, as one of largest watch brands.
Will avoid in future.

Ich wollte ein Armband fÃŒr die flikflak Uhr meiner Tochter kaufen und habe nirgends eins gefunden. Dann habe ich dem Kundenservice von Swatch geschrieben und nach einem sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Austausch habe ich mir eine Uhr im Onlineshop ausgesucht, deren Armband ich haben wollte, habe die alte Uhr meiner Tochter hingeschickt, habe per Mail eine Rechnung von 10€ erhalten und mir wurde die Uhr mit montiertem neuen Armband inkl. dem alten abmontierten Armband zurÃŒckgeschickt. Ich war begeistert von diesem Service!

Horrible return policy. No respect for customer.

I bought a Moon swatch. Shipping was delayed for about 10 days despite selecting next day. Was in touch with customer service. Ultimately wanted to return the watch. Verified I was still in the window. I took the watch out to look at it, put it back in the original package and send it back unworn. Swatch denied my return saying the watch had been scratched. I have no idea where they decided that or how. It was the most ridiculous experience. I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

Horloge besteld ....slechte service en na 5 dagen nog geen zicht op levering.

Horloge besteld en niet werkende track&trace gekregen. Heb 3mails gestuurd, geen antwoord. Vier dagen verder gebeld....nog een mail sturen was de boodschap. Juiste T&T ontvangen maar horloge ligt al 2 dagen bij douane...NB een Swatch van nog geen € 100,- en 2 dagen bij Zwitserse douane....hahaha...NOT!
Enfin...website beloofd levering binnen 2 tot 5 dagen.... nu maar afwachten of ik nog iets ontvang ?

Negozio di Firenze. Qualità impeccabile, ambiente curato e personale estremamente professionale e cordiale: l’attenzione verso il cliente rende l’esperienza d’acquisto davvero piacevole.

Recentemente ho acquistato un orologio Blancpain Ocean Storm presso lo store Swatch e sono stato seguito dal Signor Emiliano, un commesso di grande competenza e disponibilità. Con pazienza e preparazione mi ha illustrato ogni dettaglio del prodotto, rispondendo con chiarezza a tutte le mie domande e consigliandomi con sincerità.

Tornerò senz’altro con piacere.

a dicembre ho acquistato,per regalo a mia nipote, un orologio
TURNER'S SCARLET SUNSET sul sito dell'azienda e già nei primi giorni di gennaio ha smesso di funzionare.
L'ho rimandato in azienda il 28 gennaio e mi Ú stato restituito dopo alcuni giorni ma ora nuovamente Ú fermo.
Penso che non comprerò mai più orologi della swatch

SAV décevant

Envoi rapide, emballage parfait, malheureusement la montre n'avait pas été mise à ma taille comme demandé lors de l'achat en ligne sur le site.
Ce service de mise à la taille qui aurait du être offert m'a donc coûté 15€ chez un revendeur, et m'a obligée à me déplacer. J'ai demandé une facture pour l'envoyer à Swatch, lesquels ont refusé de me rembourser cette somme au prétexte que j'aurais du leur renvoyer à eux et qu'ils ne peuvent pas rembourser une mise à la taille chez un de leur revendeur!
Manifestement ils ne vérifient pas les commandes avant l'envoi.
Cela me semblait plus logique d'apporter la montre chez un revendeur prÚs de chez moi et de pouvoir donc la porter au plus vite au lieu de la renvoyer.
Dans tous les cas, le service commercial de Swatch n'est pas à la hauteur pour des montres de ce prix.
Et ils ne sont pas arrangeant avec leurs clients.
Je n'achÚterais plus en ligne chez eux. La montre m'a au final coûté 170 € au lieu de 155€... + un déplacement et une perte de temps à discuter avec eux pour rien.

I visited the Cardiff branch today and the staff really need to improve their customer service. I was looking at the limited edition Swatch Omega, which only sells during snowfall in Switzerland. Fair enough they couldn’t or wouldn’t sell it but it still felt like I was causing a fuss and interrupting a conversation between colleagues. It was a complete waste of everyone’s time!

Swatch watches, so much more than just another quirky watch brand. Five ⭐ stars to Liz and her team

Absolutely shocked to read the abundance of negative reviews about Swatch,(especially their stores).

Ever since walking down Market Street ,( Manchester) in the 1980’s I have been fascinated by this unique Swiss watch brand. Their store was a landmark site and shoppers imaginations were captivated by this small store which always oozed style, character and a magical feel.

Since purchasing that first,(slightly conservative ) classic style Swatch my family and I would go on through the years to purchase in excess of 30 different, vibrant and colourful Swatch Watches.

Whether an Olympics edition, limited edition Omega Swatch or a Valentines swatch each were loved and great buys.

We would just adore buying them on planes, at airports or in cities across the globe. The perfect gift to bring home.

However no where felt better than purchasing one in Manchester.

Sadly that store has long gone, but thankfully the spirit and ambiance of that store lives on at the wonderful Trafford Centre Store.

Recently we visited this store ,(for the first time) and we were treated wonderfully by the staff and they made us feel like VIP’s and although we were purchasing a watch costing £86 we were made to feel that we were customers purchasing a Rolex or Breitling Watch.it was truly an awesome and memorable experience.

The manageress Liz is exemplary at her job and an incredible ambassador for the Swatch name. I rang her before we visited to check whether the brand new ,Spirit of the Horse,(Chinese New Year special was in store) and when I asked to discuss it with a manager the store member who had answered had no hesitation putting me through to the excellent Liz.

Liz told us that she looked forward to meeting us and I believed her and she was everything and so much more than we expected.

She asked us to bring Swatches in that we had that needed new batteries and when we arrived she and her team kindly replaced them,(whilst we grabbed a drink nearby).

All were polite, professional, attentive, warm and friendly.

We love our new addition to our Swatch collection and can’t rate Liz and her team high enough.

A Swatch is so much more than a quirky watch brand, it is an experience and positive ‘edition’ to anybody’s life.

Well done Liz,(also a former member of the Market Street branch and that speaks volumes!!!). Well done Swatch for making style, satisfaction and service remain at top of your standards for more than 40+ years.

They IGNORE you

They IGNORE you. Bought a kid's watch and the buckle just broke after a month. It's now totally useless. Sent them several messages and they totally ignore you. Terrible service from what was once a reputable company.

Un service client déplorable qui ne


Un service client déplorable qui ne reconnaît pas les vices cachés selon l'article 1641 du code civil et vous " offre" une compensation de 30% sur un nouvel achat...en d'autres termes je continue à acheter une montre Swatch!
Le cadran d'affichage tourne de façon aléatoire, ce qui fait que la montre n'est plus fonctionnelle, et ce n'est pas réparable m'a-t-on dit dans les différentes boutiques que j'ai consultées...
Cliente depuis des années, je change de marque !!!!

This was my experience too. I ordered two watches, which arrived without shrink wrap and in subpar packaging. This was surprising until you realize how they approach returns. I tried them on in my house, wasn’t satisfied, and returned them within the 14 day return period.

A week later the box arrived back on my doorstep. There were no details, just a template rejection letter. I was confused. I called in and they said both watches were damaged. This was strange, since both were like new, and I’ve never had this kind of issue before. For example, I don’t buy AppleCare, since I’ve never scratched an iPhone.

Ask yourself - what are the odds that I bought two watches, damaged both of them, then returned them? When’s the last time that happened to you? That’s why I get scam energy from these people. Got that gut feeling when I talked to them as well.

They’ll respond with their polite corporate language here, but I still wonder, as one Redditor put it, “why is Swatch US complete trash”?

I’m reporting it to the Better Business Bureau, and wanted to warn you here so you don’t lose a few hundred bucks to these hucksters like I did. I thought it would be fun to have an analog watch, but I’ll be sticking to Apple from now on.
