Terrible journey…

My nephew and I traveled from Stafford to Wembley ( 27/9/25 ) to see oasis but our journey was made miserable and uncomfortable due to a pair of men messing about down the isle while the coach was moving and partaking what I can only imagine was cocaine in the toilets, coming back to their seats frequently with white residue all over their face. I know it’s hard to control who can come on and come off the coach but then the driver let on some people who didn’t have tickets and were then refusing to move once they had got on, they were asking for food and money until they were eventually lead off, I understand it’s hard to remove people once they are on but if the tickets were checked to begin with we wouldn’t have been in this situation. The pair that were partaking in the drugs and unruly behaviour including what I can only politely describe as heavy petting on the back seat also then got off the coach to get McDonald’s and kept the coach waiting at the services for long enough that people were getting off and having to get Ubers as they didn’t want to wait any longer especially after travelling for 2.5 hours already.

Also other passengers left the coach at the service station to get Ubers home because of what was going on, on the coach!
I’ve previously contacted customer services only to be told sorry but there’s nothing they could do and wouldn’t offer any compensation. I won’t be using your company again.

HOSEASONS UPDATE

UPDATE:

I emailed BBC Midlands today a couple of weeks ago explaining my situation, that I had no cancellation insurance and that I wanted a refund, and that Hoseasons were refusing and that there were hundreds more customers in the same predicament as myself. I got a reply saying they may do a piece on travel issues, refunds cancellations etc. Then the following week they contacted me asking if I’d be happy to do an interview to which I agreed. The day that the interview aired I got an email ( before it was on tv ) saying a manager had tried to contact me regarding my bookings but they couldn’t reach me, so I sent them my number. The following morning I received a call from a manager saying I’d been given a full refund ( no admin fee taken ). I was really pleased but at the same time I felt awful for all the other people fighting to get a refund.
During previous phone calls I made to Hoeseasons ( of which there were many ), I was told NO REFUNDS and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told there weren’t any managers to speak to!! My advice is just keep going email/message everyone you can think of, use the Resolver website to help,
Just keep going. I really hope you all get your refunds because at the end of the day through no fault of your own you’re not able to go on your holidays 😢 Good luck everyone 🤞🤞 keep fighting

YOU ARE A DISGUSTING COMPANY AND ARE NOTHING BUT THIEVES!!😡😡 I’ll NEVER BOOK WITH YOU AGAIN!! Refusing refunds and just telling people that you’re not offering refunds to customers and that’s it!!!! is totally DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE!! I need my money back at this very uncertain and difficult time!! No, I didn't take out cancellation insurance but these are exceptional circumstances ( COVID19 ), and as a company, you're not treating your customers properly. You're just keeping your customers money. I've direct messaged the owner of the property where I was supposed to be staying and he said he'd be happy to refund me but he can't because YOU STILL HAVE HIS/MY MONEY!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!
People please share and beware!!

I ordered 2 different style hampers both were excellent quality and the recipients said the contents were lovely

washer repair

The engineers were great, Very professional and carried the work out to a high standard. However what wasn’t so great was that I had to wait 1week for my repair could be carried out ( my washer needed a new drum),and that’s not good when you have to keep taking it to relatives to get your washing done. I understand that the drivers are limited to what spare parts they can keep on their van but to have to wait a week was very inconvenient and unacceptable.
