Been using these for 4 weeks now. Find each meal portion very tasty. Due to the protein quantity I no longer get the urge to snack in between meals. Process for ordering & amending orders is straightforward & have no complaints with these products or process of ordering/amending. Delivery of items has always been on time also. Excellent. 👍

Monthly Invoice issue - Initially the service didn't start well as I was passed around to two individuals who were reluctant to help but eventually got directed to Ken whom I'd spoken to last month. He remembered our conversation & resolved my issue in minutes with no fuss or excuses. He also backed up the conversation in an email with his direct line info attached. Excellent service from Ken, if only there were more Kens, resolving issues would be far easier. A*

Previous insurance provider increased my premium by £60. Used comparison site & saved £100 on last years premium & this included breakdown for the next 12months also. Obviously these companies are all the same & show there’s no loyalty anymore, hence the need to shop around.

Transferred my business energy back in April 2023 - Had issues with the smart meters & the invoices being generated were estimated. contacted TEG&P who insisted it can take upto 6months for meters to switch over (during which time i continued paying the bills generated ) After this period I raised a complaint & was informed to cancel my DD & they agreed that an engineer was required to come out & investigate. Following a failure to show engineer visit, an engineer eventually arrived & changed the meter (06/06/24). It has since taken them 2 months to produce updated invoices & the complaint was closed on 06/08/24 @ 16.00hrs. TEG&P have now handed the outstanding balance over to their debt collection agency & will not discuss my account or issues. This company are an absolute nightmare to deal with, online portal not working & have even sent me invoices for other business which begs the question of their data protection system. They have very rude, unhelpful staff & it has taken me over 2hrs this morning to sort out paying the bill & I've had to speak to 7 different people along the way & failed to be able to pay as they don't accept card payments over the phone & the automated system isn't working!! Avoid this company at all cost. My contract end date cannot come quick enough!!!
Still no online portal access either…..😡

Been trying to obtain access to my online portal ( been waiting 5months ), numerous phone calls & promises but nothing!!!! 30minutes on the phone again today & promised an email to access - nothing. Online chat this afternoon with Shandre McGregor & email / temp password obtained in 5mins, now waiting 1hr as instructed to attempt access. (fingers crossed ). Let’s hope my other issues are resolved soon as I'm slowly running out of patience. Thank you Shandre - more Shandres' needed in this company.
Update - access failed - still no joy, poor response from TE - disappointed customer…

Large discrepancy with my monthly estimated bill, entered the new meter readings & sent email late Sunday night. Had a response by 8:15am & although not completely resolved following a second email issue was resolved thanks to Louise. Shame other companies weren't as responsive.

Delivery arranged & arrived within the allocated time window. Items all pre packed & no damage evident. Items unpacked as recommended & door extremely badly damaged & not fit for purpose.
All items returned to supplier…….
The items were damaged prior to packing therefore wasting both the delivery drivers time & my time waiting for them to arrive. Now have to wait for them to be remade with Christmas holidays in the mix too. Make sure you check your items as they accept no responsibility afterwards & they will send them out damaged relying on people not checking them especially if the packing all looks intact……. Be warned!!!!!!!
