Earlier pickup than first informed. Very helpful engineer. First garage we went to was unable to carry out the necessary repair so we had to go to a second garage. Then we were taken to our home and fortunately our AA policy allows for a courtesy car. This was urgently needed by me as I had to attend hospital for my 3 monthly cancer check.

Delivered on time and not too difficult to assemble. Ideal for our needs and space confines.

Quick and efficient . Expensive at £99 each but it was a bank holiday.

The surveyor reported that there were 3 bedrooms to the 2 bedroom bungalow that he was surveying. He had been asked specifically to look at the condition of the bathroom radiator but there was no mention of this in the report. It was reported that all ceilings were in reasonable condition except of course that they might contain asbestos . However there was no mention of the blocked up bathroom extractor fan and the staining and peeling ceiling around it. It then begs the question as to how valid all the other judgements were.

Found the shark to be very good although it's a little heavy for me to handle.

T he item originally requested was out of stock but we arranged for notification by Coopers of Stortford when the item was available. We received an email some weeks later, ordered the item and it was promptly delivered.

Despite the intervention of covid 19 and the necessary delay of fitting our new kitchen when it came to be done all deliveries were made according to plan and time and the fitters were excellent.

Have used ao three times and been most satisfied each time.

Always arrives on time in good condition.

The engineers were punctual and helpful and most personable.

We have had no real problems with british gas and found the system helpful.
