Their products are nice. Their customer service is not great. They only answer the phone when is about sales but not any other enquiries. I'm also not happy about their delivery time. They deliver at thier convenience not bearing in mind the customer.

It's getting more frustrating to get orders delivered. Part of the order would be delivered, and when I inquired about the rest of the order, I was told it would be delivered in the next few days.
