Very poor quality and didn’t refund or reply to any contact. Only got money back via PayPal. Awful experience from start to finish.

Poor quality have to pay for returns then ignore you and still don’t get refund so having to wait for money back via PayPal. Avoid. Thought it would be good quality as saw on celebrity on tv. Awful and so far still waiting just under £100 back weeks later.

Really disappointing been using for years but now been totally messed about with little apology and poor complaints handling with lack of understanding or ownership or resolution so they have lost business as wanted to start to use for my Mum as well but they have made that impossible. When things go wrong it’s how easy it is to resolve that matters and that’s what’s let Ocado down yet again. Spent about 8h trying to resolve something that should have been easy or better still not have been an issue.

Tried for days to get a call and phone line we don’t work person has little understanding or experience and line just cuts out. Won’t be using.

Quality is really bad, I’ve written review on another forum and given a bit higher in this.

This company get some good reviews so I’m not sure if they are all not good but my jeans were not flattering and the stitching was horrendous with damage stains on so obviously need my money back and shock get that soon I hope. They did try to get me to close the PayPal dispute too before refund so that’s naughty as well.

Still not returned the item as they said they would as ‘goodwill’

I have had a refund now 6 weeks later as PayPal have enforced it.

Updated, they eventually sent me a new pair the same style and they are ok.

I don’t think the quality is great and they don’t hold in or lift but. I saw other reviews it seems they used to use better quality materials but no longer a go to brand for that customer,

Love going into London but the customer service via email is appalling. Really silly asking for information they don’t need and already have. Then unable to understand basic comments and email replies that are wrong and just go back and forth no resolution.

Placed order waited weeks emailed to be told the items coming in a week or so from China. Not cheep items and shocked at the reply. Should have checked this first. Very disappointed and no item either.

The big hair rollers fall straight out. I fell for the instagram videos and ordered

I then saw all the bad reviews

I told the company and they said I need to return to USA with traceable postage so it’s more than the product cost for me

I reminded them of the cost of this and they said not to worry then my can then send me some more.

What’s the point of returning something not fit for purpose costing me a fortune to be sent the same thing again?

Where’s the distance selling regulations and consumer rights gone?

Bought a 4 eyeshadow pallet set for around £60 and one of the colours just had a top layer of sparkle and underneath it’s got no sparkle very poor pigment.

I’ve emailed their customer service team 3 times with the receipt from Selfridges and photos and had no reply.

Looks great on line and some good reviews.

Arrived and really cheep material with awful for awful stitching and holes.

Tried to offer for me to keel with 50% discount or sent something else free from same range without returning other item.

Avoid, it’s absolutely awful quality. Even the labels are not sews in probably.

It’s been sent straight from China from what I can.

Ordered a set of 6 glasses. Really good price compared to other prices. Really nicely wrapped with a hand written thank you for purchase letter.

Definitely recommend this company.

So pleased with this who service by Natalie. She provided a very bespoke need with difficult dietary needs. The displays were amazing and lots of food with great variety and just presented so beautifully. Can’t recommend enough. A day we will never forget.

Reported months ago in summer and today got a call the man was very up empathic and asked if we had the money back before asking how we felt as victims and when I said rock bottom low and the time and the offer of victim support at the time would have been helpful he hung up. I’ve called back and you just get to leave a message. So maybe they might call in another few months. Shocking lack of police or support from ‘action’ fraud

Would still use again but watch dog reviews are exactly what i had as same issue and have been fighting for months to get a refund on a carpet cleaner thats in warranty. Bounced between vax and store and head office and was refused 8 times and had to raise formal complaint and hunt for email address and chase and chase to actually get help. Currys have drained me for weeks on end. They dint reply to emails and when you do get the odd reply they pretend and miss half your complaint to avoid collections ownership and refunds. They have ignored my subject access request as well.

Very bad service

Been chasing and chasing and they breach their own service level agreements and complaints procedure and send rude emails when you do actually get a reply.

Emailing me spam never heard of the company and made it hard to refine myself from emails I asked for.

Victim of fraud it won’t accept bank details on page won’t accept by phone so can’t even use it. Very stressful and poor system poor service.

Ordered a few times used to get items sent that were ok some tops and jumpers. Last three orders have been so cheep and see through and ooor stitching they are not even worth trying on let alone keeping. They make returns very difficult even by PayPal and have also tried to knock me as returned everything and they do part refunds. Won’t order again

But they over charge members they say cheesiest hun but then keep changing my fees to the option for any gym not the one I go to. I raised this as a complaint in March and hit it changed back again to what I asked and set the app for as the gym opened and today checked and they are are still over charging me. I’ve asked friends and they are having the same issue. Please check and double check bank statements and the app as it seems this is what they do well. When you call the financial team can’t comment on the app and I’ve emailed had no reply the staff on site can’t understand why or how either but I’m not the only person having this over charging issues.

Lovely quality and good fit and great design. they come up a bit bigger that their size guide

Lucy has been fabulous and advised not to worry about the size, took my measurements and got the jacket collected and a new one will arrive within days.

Customer service is key when things rant always 100% right first time.

I recommend to anyone these jackets are hight end and the service is fail safe as such if your not happy.
