Friendly in-store staff, purchasing my product /collecting was straight forward, hassle free

Delivery arrived late, hadn't received the two lot's of samples *paid for* before I got reminders to leave feedback. Which in it's self is annoying not to mention followup emails. Asking me to re-order before ive actually tried the products

Nice clean modern premises, Staff are friendly. Appointments run relatively on time, Baring any emergencies.

Haven't actually had to use them for a breakdown. Changing a vehicle is just £5. Which is very reasonable with an updated certificate a few days later.

Reserved on-line via the website. Collection was made without any delays. After a few security questions had been asked

Extremely helpfull, both guys had good manners, Delivered with care & to myself and Property. 100% I'd recommend AO. From the ordering through to the delivery..... perfect....

Purchased a Kia Sportage, Mechanically the car was OK,
Handover was done at 18.00 so it was going dark. Sales lady handed me the keys then disappeared.

The following day we noticed a scratch over the offside wing,and the chrome on the front grill was tarnished.
I arranged to take the car back for the work to be done.
I spoke to Mark about the work the car was taken on a Tuesday and we arranged to collect the car the next day. I went straight from work the car hadn't moved.

Mark Tarry denied saying he'd do the wing infact he denied ever discussing it. The car had to go in again to have the wing done.

Which i had to wait at the showroom for it to be done.

This was done eventually with a limited amount of compensation paid.

My £250 deposit was returned after four weeks. Only after several emails of complaints.

Pizza Express, Cribb Causeway, Ordered a takeaway via just eat, Order arrived within 15 minutes of the delivery time.
Pizza was cold, Dough Balls, cold,

*Both had gone hard and was inedible*
Ordered value £59. 38.
Just eat refunded £9.38.
Pizza Express refused to take any responsibility for the poor quality food.
See below thier final response, totally unacceptable from this company.

Dispite requesting an activation code several times 6+. The code never arrived I gave up in the end,and got a Vodafone sim

After searching several comparison sites. I come across Skippys website, Run a qoute on their system, The qoute came in £80 cheaper than a previous lowest qoute,and a better level of cover

Purchase arrived on time, with frequent updates, Staff members were polite and professional

Good product I've tried the other most popular ones, But found them to intrusive. This is much better and fits without the gagging feeling

Plants arrived in good condition, Box was slightly damaged.
Driver phoned me outside my home.

Reasonably priced and good delivery times

I found Direct Line better value for money and the add on options reasonably priced.

Excellent communication from the driver.
Which is much appreciated

Item showing in stock when it's not available until late June. Refund issued and it's still showing in stock five days later

Item delivered by following exact instructions. Some other companies seem incapable of following simple instructions
