Terrible experience go elsewhere

Ordered a washing line email sent stating despatched Evri, but still nothing Evri stating still waiting for product . Contacted Vonhaus who stated sorry technical issue with order will be despatched today , next day still no parcel or despatched note and not answering emails today. People buy elsewhere because you can’t even phone to speak to anyone here customer service terrible, won’t be using ever again.

VW finance are useless at best

VW finance are useless at best, have problems with a car that i am paying finance on.
Put a complaint in on the 23/07/25 to have help in resolving issue, it’s now the 11/09/25 and not even one phone call with any help what ever. I now have to get the financial ombudsman involved, disgusting service from a large company who could not care less for their customers.
Thanks for the contact below, I have emailed you the info required but holding my breath on a reply if you’re past history is anything to go by.
I certainly will not be calling again I don’t believe in wasting my time thanks.
Thanks for the reply below but no you have still not resolved issue, and due to you’re lack of response in fact no response for 9 weeks we ended up selling car back to dealer due to it being the easiest solution. At no time did you contact me and get my side of the story so after you’re final offer and then speaking with me you now have the relevant history.
It’s no good telling me that if you had spoke with me within the timescale given you could have offered me a possible solution like paying towards investigation, this advice is useless after the event.
You VW finance need to be more customer focused , still useless at best sorry.

Bewildered

I just don't get it, all the positive reviews about customers calling and issues resolved immediately or follow up calls completed.
I called yesterday because my dual fuel bill fell on the same time each month 10th day, yet my electric bill is drifting further apart. I rang last month and was told my meter is not connecting all the time and missing days they need to account for, my bill followed 2 days later.
Now this month I called yesterday 14/07 and was told the same thing, also I would have a call later to up date me on the problem, today is the 15/07 and no bill and no call back with an update.
Octopus if you know my meter is not working correctly at what point are you going to fix it, it's very difficult to budget you're monthly bills when you don't receive them and have to chase Octopus with no avail.
People be aware this is not my first issue now with octopus and the service is appalling , they just don't seem to care and never return calls or follow anything up. Octopus if you read this can someone from the complaints team ring ne thanks.

Our smart tariffs are billed to half hourly data, so there can be delays/issues with receiving this data, but we always make sure to try our best to request all the data we need to bill our customers up to date.

I can see your bill was issued on 15th July, If you notice any more discrepancies you can contact us over email/phone and one of our wonderful Energy Specialist's will support you.

Lebara useless at best go elsewhere

I have been with lebara for some time now over 3 years, I am writing this report to highlight how poor Lebara perform when you have issues.
I have been receiving poor Data connection at best for some time now, I phone lebara and was told it would be investigated and someone would call me within 72 hours. Firstly 72 hours is a ridiculous time to respond , but that 72 has passed and still no phone call, I even rang back today to express how dissatisfied I was with service and was told after much complaining that I would receive a call within 2 hours, which has now passed. Basically what I’m trying to say is you don’t know how good a company is until you have issues, and they have been useless at best so cheap is not always best. It’s now 17.43 and still no reply from lebara and when I just rang them they have the cheek to tell me I will raise a complaint and it will be dealt with in guess what 48-72 hours. What a joke company people take you’re money and buy a Sim with a company who cares about this customers

Found Octopus totally unhelpful

Found Octopus totally unhelpful with a recent EV charging problem. Two days I have waited now for a reply on connecting my car, currently stating not compatible with intelligent Octopus. I need info on buying a compatible charger and if that can connect instead of car, but have been promised a call back , but still left waiting and having to charge my car at peak times. First time I have had issues and octopus have been useless to say the least, I am now being forced into moving suppliers to enable me to access cheap charging. People be aware great until you have issues.

AO pick you're rubbish up after you

Delivery of washing machine when I was out wife took delivery. I returned to instructions plastic and metal springclip required for washing machine on drive. After looking at my house camera they walk over rubbish on drive back to their van jump in and drive off.
AO sort you're drivers out and make sure they pick their rubbish up, video here if you want to see for yourselves disgracefull.

Listers Cupra Covenrty

Bought a Cupra Ateca from Listers Coventry, worst prep second hand car I have ever bought. Only bought car because they were things that I knew I could do but should have been done. Stone chips on bonnet, no attempt to paint them in, promised touch up paint would arrive 2 days later still waiting. Alloy wheels filthy and stained from lack of cleaning since new, again no attempt to clean properly, still working hard today and after 3 deep cleans they are finally looking half decent. Wheel nut covers missing 7 in total. Was never asked or shown controls in vehicle still findng things out today, no follow up call like I was promised from Hollie.Buy you're Cupra elsewhere there are dealers out there that are happy to have you're custom and will prepare car to Cupras used policy.

IT first class

Excellent customer service, always available on end of phone for queries and far cheaper than Amazon,buy direct from IT. IT are great cases and a shame to dispose of them just because wheels were a bit tired, replaced all wheels at a fraction of the price for 2 new suitcases and good for the environment. Thanks IT first class service

Would have given it 5 stars but again…

Would have given it 5 stars but again booking was not recognised when I pulled up to gates, had to show barcode to receive ticket. On return again showed barcode because reg not recognised, but wanted to charge me 405 pound. Spoke with representative who resolved, come on Gatwick parking with todays technology sort out you're system to prevent this.

Tui Don't waste you're money because…

Tui Don't waste you're money because they promise you the world and delivery nothing. Paid for an upgrade that didn't exist, tried for 4 weeks to resolve before i travelled with no success. They promised me my upgrade fee back still waiting. Will never use again, jet 2 seems the way to go in future

Absolute disgracefull service from a so called reputable company, no customer morals what so ever, have been promised call backs and regular updates with none to date. Going to now seek legal advice on how i can get hold of my money. Scottish Widows hold your head in shame despicable service.

Received delivery of my rattan patio…

Received delivery of my rattan patio set yesterday, I have got to say the quality is amazing. Phone call in morning from delivery driver with suggested time all wrapped for transport with no damage. Had ordered luxury but received classic spoke to Dan who was fantastic, even communicating at 9pm. Received the difference back plus more for inconvenience. Rest assured you can buy with confidence from this company because the customer service is second to none, well done Dan appreciated. And by the way there is very little difference between the classic and luxury set so can see the mix up.
