Bewildered
I just don't get it, all the positive reviews about customers calling and issues resolved immediately or follow up calls completed.
I called yesterday because my dual fuel bill fell on the same time each month 10th day, yet my electric bill is drifting further apart. I rang last month and was told my meter is not connecting all the time and missing days they need to account for, my bill followed 2 days later.
Now this month I called yesterday 14/07 and was told the same thing, also I would have a call later to up date me on the problem, today is the 15/07 and no bill and no call back with an update.
Octopus if you know my meter is not working correctly at what point are you going to fix it, it's very difficult to budget you're monthly bills when you don't receive them and have to chase Octopus with no avail.
People be aware this is not my first issue now with octopus and the service is appalling , they just don't seem to care and never return calls or follow anything up. Octopus if you read this can someone from the complaints team ring ne thanks.
