Be careful awful company

Be careful . Less than 7 days after trial period before they help themselves to your first order . Even if you cat won’t eat . Refused chargeback even after the goods were returned . Bank now fully involved in the case. Never again .

Just a private company in a self…

Just a private company in a self regulated area. Paid for no doubt by the communication companies. Awful experience and a waste of time. Rely on policy rather than legislation and do not investigate both sides of the complaint.

Again here I sit with no phone service…

Again here I sit with no phone service . I can only text . The O2 call centre said it was my phone , but then my son’s phone stopped receiving calls too . My phone neither can make calls or receive calls and ,y account is fine . So what is the problem O2. You used to be good at customer service, now you are rated so low.

Awful experience

Awful experience . Don’t help with insurance instead want the money upfront . £300 plus to see a vet . Plus medication . Won’t help with insurance either .

Failure to deliver an express parcel by…

Failure to deliver an express parcel by 2nd October 2024 ..substantial breach of contract. They do not care. Awful service, never again. I provided the reference number 1Z7E524X689544359. Express delivery was exposed nsibe and I want a refund. Your customer service are awful .

Ignoring domestic abuse victims and…

Ignoring domestic abuse victims and refusing to arrest the abuser again and again. One policeman tells you one thing and the next policeman tells you something different. They can't make an arrest for fraud as stated by a policeman “ its not a criminal offence “ … no wonder domestic abuse victims have no confidence in the police.

Awful discrimination policy

Awful people. Discrimination towards disabled people no matter how , any times you change you name Abbey Rosscare. Denied child a wheelchair again because.….they lie and “ no patient fits the criteria “ …but this is a service for disabled people, yet no disabled people qualify for a wheelchair. Do not give a fig if you have fallen and over 6 times reccomended for a wheelchair by NHS professionals.… criteria is discriminatory and needs to meet the people for whom this NHS service was designed.

Gillingham Hospital and disability discrimination allowed

PDSA Gillingham allow disability discrimination. They expect disabled people to sit on the floor whilst cat carriers get preferential treatment on the chairs . The staff make up false allegations and take you off registration if you dare to complain about the service. They target the disabled mainly taking them off the register and make false claims against you . They acknowledge there staff are “rude “ and simply do not care .

Is anyone else having problems with the…

Is anyone else having problems with the ring back service? I took my dogs to appointment and I have a disability, they were so busy with emergencies that I said I would rebook our appointment . However the phone does not ring, when they say they have rung . We only get a text notification of a missed call . I gave them my daughters phone number and the same thing happened. I cannot get through and my dog has red raw skin infection . Some of the staff are very rude and tell you to get a high street vet , when they know we are the poorest people in the country .

I brought a groupon voucher for the…

I brought a groupon voucher for the Harvester and we went for my child's birthday . The harvester refused my voucher claiming it was out of date .The Harvester expected us to pay again and then kicked us out . The voucher date said expired on 21/9/23 . We went in July 2023. My child was very upset and so was I . Never again

The Running Horse in chatham refused…

The Running Horse in chatham refused Groupon voucher because they claimed in July 2023 the Voucher had expired. However the voucher was current up until 21/9/23 and HAD NOT EXPIRED . WE Got kicked out of restaurant because I did not want to pay again for the meal on my child's birthday . Awful place , salad bowls are a joke , so small and not fresh salad .
