Creepy salesman started taking photos of my living room and my fireplace . I caught him and made him delete the photos . Said it was to let the “workman know where they would be working … “ the kitchen workman would not be in my living room .Kept going on and on about my husband not being there . I am very worried and also for other women . Do not use

What a Joke Homecare

What a Joke . Homecare is . They just want your money . In December I signed up to Homecare . I was taken into hospital where I lost my Bank card . When I got out Homecare had canceled my plan . They have also set a Bill for £30 despite never using them . They only care about profits and today I received a letter telling me I had canceled my plan , which I never did . It seems if you go into hospital and they do not get there money , they just cancel you .British Gas do not care or if you lose your banking card that has to be canceled and re issued you lose your Homecare cover. I would not advise any person with a disability or an illness that may require emergency treatment to use them , because they just cancel the plan .

Failed to deliver Christmas items 3…

Failed to deliver Christmas items 3 times no reason, just cancelled at the last minute . Awful service , no customer support . They just can’t be bothered to deliver items .

Absolute Con of a shop

Absolute Con of a shop , do not buy from here . I ordered 2 Nutcrackers on 28/ 11 25 for my children for Christmas. Firstly it the parcel was due 3rd December 2025 , then 11/12/25 I took the day off work . Then the 20/ 12 /25 ,canceled again .

The white stores don't care about customers at all . They advertise products that they have no attention to deliver. The lack of support is awful . Two formal complaints and still no parcels . They unable to get another courier ? Children very upset and depressed customer service have not give a s**it attitude and they are now closed on the phone lines . Terrible experience to avoid at all costs . Doubt if the products are actually real . Do Not shop here unless you want upset children.

Order item on 24th November

Order item on 24th November , You know who’s did not bother to ship until 2nd December , now Items are out of stock . Really bad company to order with .They do not care about customers and did not even email me to tell me goods were out of stock . Do not buy from here .

The worst

The worst . I brought a shark vacuum and it refuses to pick up . It’s under a year old . I brought it through shark on Amazon . I have 5 shark products and 2 are not working .
Amazon refuse to honor the 5 year warranty because I brought it from shark and shark customer service said ( this is there quote that my date of purchase was in the future .The date of purchase was December 20 2024. It is October 2025 . Never again will I buy shark products

The rudest receptionist ever

The rudest receptionist ever . Banned disabled people who need a disabled parking bay . Service manager does not want disabled people who have a blue badge . Because they have there new cars in disabled bays and won’t move them .Got pulled into office and interviewed alone refused to accept witness customer . Feeler bullied and abused by staff . Do not use if you are disabled

Never again . Printer will not accept Epson cartridge and it’s just out of warranty . They want £130.00 to repair it . No logic as printer worth £50. Please do not buy Epson .

Appalling company

Appalling company . Firstly Aviva One car insurance cannot give current customers new renewal quotes . WTF . You have to wait 28 day before . But I need it now. No sorry can’t help you .but I can get it online …yes ??? Second pensions …obviously don’t want new business, the lack of help around their own policies is unbelievable . The man I spoke to really didn’t care I thought I was boring him , with my questions . Oh well moving all financials from Aviva today and finding a company who do want my business .cannot access online policy holder portal either

The passport office said they “returned…

The passport office said they “returned “the original documents , but no date or tracking number given. We never got them. I Submitted a formal complaint which is being ignored. I had to pay out more money out for FBR originals and they said another 6 months months for FBR and then I can reapply for passport. Awful service no accountability for their mistakes.

Paid for a parcel delivery and they did…

Paid for a parcel delivery and they did not turn up to collect I spoke to customer service on chat and they assured me the next day it would be picked up . They never turned up again . Bank now involved as they don’t mind taking your money , but cannot provide a service that you pay for .

I'm really sorry you’ve had such a frustrating experience. You put your trust in a service, paid for it, were given promises—and still ended up disappointed. That’s completely unacceptable, and I can understand why you’ve had to involve your bank. You shouldn’t have to chase what you’ve already paid for.
