AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!
ordered a cake for my daughters birthday. Spoke to sales and told them exactly what I wanted. The figure on top of the cake came with different coloured hair. No topper. “Happy birthday was wrote on the board and not on the cake. No birthday bottles. . So I asked for a refund as this wasn’t what I paid for. They offered me a goodwill of 15% I refused they then offered me 50% refund of which I have been chasing now for over 4 weeks . No replies to emails and when I phone they cancel the call. So to sum up. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I am now seeking legal advice to claim all my money back and have sent all documentation to trading standards. Disgraceful company. I won’t let this drop. Legal fees I will be chasing back and looking forward to seeing them in the small claims court. Let’s see how they like it and this will defo cost them without a doubt.

Bought a lovely car or so I thought. When I checked over it said engine oil needed. Was told as it had been stood a while it needs the oil to circulate. Ok I thought. Engine oil light stayed on whilst driving home. Contacted dealer. Told them I wasn’t driving now , had RAC out they said no engine oil at all and hadn’t had a service. So I asked them to come and get the car and put it right as I was going on holiday. No contact from them as to the update on my car. I had to always ring in. They just didn’t seem bothered at all. Left message after message for a call back. Eventually I was told the car was fixed and it didn’t have any oil in it. So the vehicle clearly hadn’t been checked over before I bought it. Just seemed to be getting fobbed off … car came back a week later , they hadn’t even cleaned it , petrol was empty as I had filled it up when I bought it. Really bad service … not happy. Will not be buying from again

Absolutely disgraceful. Found out this company took double payments from my direct debit. Still after 4 days nothing has been returned. People I spoke to at 118 118. Said their apologises. But never did anything , DO NOT TRUST 118 118 , they seem to be able to take what ever they want from your bank and not pay it back. All I got from them is “oh well your in credit” 😡 they said it’s an error ! It’s theft !!!

Having received your reply , let me say the refund ( or correct wording , is error on your side ) no you didn’t submit the monies taken from my account straight away. I had to ring up 3 times and was told the same thing over and over “it is been processed” “it can take up to 24 hours from notification” twice the phone was put down on me. I recorded all conversations at how rude your team were , this was an error on your side and I felt like I was the criminal

Having made a claim back in June. Still waiting to be paid back. They are dragging their heels on making payments. Really gone down hill since rebranding , customer service are rude , they just say it’s taking 6 to 8 weeks for settlements. Is this cos they don’t have the funds to pay claims. Beware at all costs. Signs are leading to this company struggling , they owe me money nearly 1000 pounds and yet I’m still paying them the monthly fee. Might try telling them I can’t pay them for nearly 6 to 8 weeks 🤣🤣
