I ordered some Josef Siebel shoes from Brantano which I have learnt own Brantano that were uncomfortable due to my ankles chaffing. Brantano were brilliant in reimbursing me and didn’t charge me to return which I would have thought fair as they were now out of pocket.I then decided I would buy my next pair from them (Cotswold shoes) which I have just done and I am very pleased with my purchase. It feels like they really care about the past negative reviews.

Its time to sell shares in this fraud enabler. They going down quicker than a lead balloon. You couldn’t make this up but they have Ai monitoring Ai. Their Ai descriptions borderline on fraud and scammers are using these descriptions to extort money from the gullible . But what goes around comes around. Please, someone honest with a bit of business sense set up an alternative and lets bury ebay this decade!

Had a quote which I was happy with and there was a disclaimer that the quote may change when visiting the provider’s website which it did by almost doubling! Whats the point!

Very efficient and pleasant lady resolved my issue

I bought a porcelain light for my daughter’s 21st and when she opened it the upper part was smashed. This has to be reported within 24 hours of delivery to enable a free replacement and this did not happen as it was bought before her birthday. The Lladro assurance does not apply to lights which is fine and I offered to pay for a new piece and delivery. However customer care informed me it would cost more than buying a complete new light. I find this hard to believe and think it is in bad taste as it was on a technicality that they didn’t have to replace it and quite honestly I think it would cost a fraction of the money paid. They even offer to replace broken parts of their merchandise at cost. Also the light switch doesn’t work and this was because of an inbuilt flaw which they realised as they included a cheap and dull led light that probably cost a £1 from China. This item was not fit for purpose and everything about this company indicates it all about the money. Personally I feel that they shouldn’t have taken this approach with Goddess Lakshmi (the light) as she is the goddess of fortune and prosperity.

A1 service from start to finish. Exceeded expectations and reasonably priced which is very unusual for businesses at the moment. Simon, Neil and the guys, thank you for making it easy.

I have tried to order a rug from Matalan 3 times and each time they send the wrong colour. They sell them on behalf of another company but don’t seem bothered that I return the item to the store for return. Why can’t they ring the supplier and sort this out for me!

I have used AO several times and found them to be reliable and competitive. Staff are friendly.

Tried to unsubscribe multiple times and they still emailing me. In my case was cheaper to go direct to SW trains Another scummy site trying to cream money off people. Avoid

Supposed to be Worldwide but you have to pay for each country.

Tried to open an account but couldn’t and rang customer care. They raised a ticket for technical assistance as it was a glitch. No contact for 2 weeks so I thought I would check out their reviews. I can’t trust a company that can’t sort out problems quickly and communicate. Lucky I checked Trust Pilot and will do this first now. Lucky escape!
