I've given 4 stars cos I don't want to be too negative. Not really had much to do with Nest pension. They sent me a letter recently giving me information where my pension was up to which was helpful I suppose. Nest pension seems ok so far.

Very happy with the service from Hilary's blinds. Brendon was lovely and chatty. Fitting was fast and fuss free. Very happy with my new privacy blind and blackout curtain.

I would give these 0 stars if I could. There was a glitch on the app and I ended up ordering a card for a friend which the app missed the personal message off. When I tried to chat to a chatbot it they were useless. Hate stupid customer service where you can't ring someone and speak to a human to get your problem sorted. Won't be using Moonpig again if I can help it, think funky pigeon is much better.

The engineer was polite, cheerful and respectful of my property, given I was being bit of a mardy mare as well. Fast installation. Happy customer 😊

Recently had an issue with redeeming my coach tickets for concert I'd booked ended up having to pay again for the tickets I'd already paid for. Emailed their customer service team and they got back to me within the hour, and sorted out my issue straight away and refunded my money immediately. I'm really impressed with that. No hassle and how customer service should be. Well done biggreencoaches, very happy so far.

Best customer service ever. Actually get to speak to a person. Call you back if you can't wait on the phone. Bend over backwards to help you all companies should have the same customer service especially Ticketmaster who are a disgrace and should be closed down. But can't recommend Next enough. Well done. Terrible service from such a big company. Was on the phone to customer service for 3 hours then got cut off at the end. Xmas table lights not that great. Wouldn't order on line ever again from The Range. Would give no stars if I could I'm being generous giving one star.

Didn't even go. After watching youtube video and realising this is nothing like it was advertised. Just running round the streets solving clues on your own phone what a con. Disgusted with this and so sorry I bothered buying tickets.

Had really high hopes for this soap after reading the reviews. The delivery was good, I was happy with the dispatch time. But the fragrance was very disappointing, virtually no smell at all and I don't feel it made my skin any softer. I feel you can buy better fragranced hand soaps and even foaming shower gels in the shops. I think it was massively over priced for what you get. Sorry I won't be buying again not at those prices and unless you improve the fragrance.

Spoke to Julie Tait at Uswitch. Firstly getting through to Uswich was very quick and easy which makes a very refreshing change. Speaking to a human being for a change was also a very refreshing change. Julie was very friendly, helpful and informative. Would defo use Uswich again and recommend to anyone having issues or wanting information about energy and other things.

I always try to leave an honest review cos I depend on people's reviews. I am totally blown away by this companies customer service. A top I ordered went missing, I rang their helpline, got through straight away, the lady who helped me was able to get my details up straight away, was immediately able to identify the item that had gone missing and just re-ordered me another one that came the very next day, didn't have much faith before then but was astounded when the item arrived as promised. I would give 10 stars if I could just brilliant and the quality of goods is great for the price you pay. Definitely shop here again.
