Core Values missed
As a company who claim customer satisfaction is core of their business,they missed me out.
Sent my car to a small garage who diagnosed a software issue they couldn't repair.
Advised spectrum who gave permission to go to a main dealer who guess what ? Diagnosed a software issue!
Spectrum then refused to pay for the software issue citing Ts & C's ( fair enough) but to then refuse to pay the main dealer fee for the second ( same ) diagnosis that I had to pay ! So, £699 for warranty and a month of being messed about .
Certainly cannot recommend.
