Awful experience, quoted me £1995 per eye with a phone conversation, so I booked the consultation, then 4 days before they phoned me up , and asked the same questions and then quoted me £7000 , so I told them I wanted to cancel the consultation, and they charged me £50 . Avoid at all cost , you have been warned .

really poor , we paid extra to have suit with a jacuzzi bath. only problem was there was not hot water and the tap on the bath was broken. complained and sent an email in to the company , that was 2 weeks ago and they still have not replied.
will not use best wetern ever again.

took my glc, to cheshire oaks mercedes for a repair, delt with a person called sharon Broadbent,

what an awful experince, she got so much wrong on my warranty claim, took 3 weeks to get the AC fixed, had to go back as they found a leeking shock absorber, i emailed her 3 times , she just ignores me.

will take it to a different garage

Bought a product that was supposed to make you car shine , a Teflon style spray . Paid £20 for 3 bottles, what a load of rubbish it was like spraying water on to the car , and no difference in end result , used 2 bottles on the car , throw the 3rd one straight in the bin . Avoid this company at all cost you have been warned !

Please can you tell me if it is legal for ebay to close my account , which I have had for over 2 years , stating suspicious activity, but not being able to tell me what has happened when I phone them !
And then informing me they will be keeping the £6236.59 I have in it for 170 days from Tuesday when they suspended it . Is this legal . ???

Absolutely awful experience on this site , I would rather stand in the street and give my things away rather then try to sell them on eBay . I sold some items them eBay told me I wasn’t verified and someone at my address had a suspended account , so they froze my account, I have £2000 in it . And they have kept my money . I am seeking legal action , avoid eBay , you have been warned

Cheshire oaks Starbucks

I was disgusted to go into the Cheshire oaks Starbucks to see a large dog sitting on one of the coaches next to its owner . It then proceeded to be allowed by its owner to stand and put its front feet onto the table in front of it and start licking the dirt off the table . It was outrageous, staff just looked on , if I had not already ordered my drink and had seated myself I would of just walked out , needless to say we want be heading back there anytime soon

Really awful service, my item has now been showing as in the warehouse in castle donington for almost 2,weeks and yet I still do hot have it . Every time I phone them they just say we have it and it has not cleared yet . Total rubbish. So fed up , I will not use them again .

So so disappointed, took a day off work , to except delivery of my sofa , nothing arrived, contacted sofology. They said it was to big to get on the van , and I would need to arrange another day ? They didn’t even have the curtesy to let me know . I am so angry , we had removed all the old furniture and even taken lights down for access . They can’t even give me a new date for delivery. Really bad experience, I would avoid if I was you
