I have complete trust in Barking Mad and Steph and Malcolm the hosts who look after our dog Buster. Buster has stayed with Steph and Malcom many times and thought that time he has had to have various medications as he is an older dog and from time to time he needs a bit more attention, nothing is too much trouble regards any occasional extra needs, the love and care Buster receives is fantastic and we would recommend to everyone 100% to entrust your dog/dogs to Barking mad and the hosts in our case particularly Steph and Malcolm who look after Buster absolutely brilliantly.

Excellent communication on morning of delivery giving time of delivery. The delivery was two large heavy packages and they carried them to where we needed them which was so helpful. Excellent service!!

We know 100% that Buster will be given exceptional care with Barking Mad, we get photos and updates throughout his stay, it is reassuring to get the updates and gives us peace of mind that Buster is very settled. Brilliant service, rang me on day of delivery to let me know the time of delivery. Unpacked the item to check it was in perfect condition, very professional, friendly, helpful.

Barking Mad Northumberland owners Caroline and Barbara are fantastic, nothing is vet too much trouble and every detail of Busters care is taken on board , it really is a home from home holiday for Buster, I cannot fault Barking Mad and would recommend them 100%. The hosts that look after Buster, Steph and Malcolm are absolutely lovely, from the photo updates we recieve when we are away, we can see Buster is thoroughly relaxed and enjoying his stay with them.

Earl is the gentleman who did our purchase, he was very professional , informative, knowledgeable about the furniture we ordered, we felt confident with everything regarding our purchase.

Order number 1000050608, my bed was delivered on time by a lovely gentleman and lady, they were careful when taking it upstairs and were professional and friendly. Very good service.

As always, Buster was extremely well looked after. He was with new hosts Steph and Malcom and he was clearly extremely happy, he looked great when he came home and settled straight back home which is a good sign that he hasn’t felt at all stressed. Barbara and Caroline always give a first class service and their hosts are first class.
