I don't like the fact one has to go on the site to check if a prize is won by myself,a simple email would be better,also I won a tenner,but I didn't,as my options for the tenner,were limited,offers for traders I don't use,so was coerced into buying another ten pounds worth of house tickets,so not a win really,going like post code lottery I'm afraid to say

Lovely holiday,and excellent flight out,looked after by excellent knowledgeable cabin crew,where they performed the duties with a smile,flight return however,banged my head on entry to the plane,no warning sign,no mind you head from cabin crew,though after my accident,all passengers were forewarned on entering the aircraft,wasn’t offered the opportunity to record the incident,in incident book,and after initially are you ok ? wasn’t asked or checked on again,ended up with a badly bruised forehead,and a medium lump on head,so somewhat surprised,especially as the flight out,was perfect.
