Stocked the product I wanted at a reasonable price. Delivery within a few days although at a somewhat extortionate cost!

Great storage prices, clean site and secure.

One star knocked off as the gate to the site was out of use for several days when I first took the container and the solution of just leaving the gate open made the site less secure and meant that I didn’t feel comfortable taking my possessions until it was fixed.

Bifold doors and delivery both very reasonably priced, compared to other retailers. Next day delivery and the door arrived well packed.

It went a little downhill from there. Website says the door can be trimmed, however, door packaging says they can’t be. Packaging also says that the actual doors are a little shorter than advertised to allow for the supplied track. Neither website nor door packaging give the actual height of the actual door.

On calling Furniture123 customer support, I was eventually told that the packaging just means that you can’t trim huge amounts off it but Small trims should be fine and that they have no information on the height of the doors themselves.

I’ve booked a carpenter and I’m hoping for the best.

It took a few days for my items to be sent but, when they arrived, I was pleased with my purchases.

The linen is possibly not as heavy as it used to be but, then, it’s summer clothing so no need for it to be anything else.

Also, bought in the sale so, good value.

Really quick delivery, which is grest. The patio set isn’t great. It comes with a piece of paper that suggests varnishing it to prevent rust. If it was properly powder coated, this wouldn’t be necessary. The seats need 2 people to assemble them but the frames are easy enough. It’s not particularly comfortable. Ok to sit for a little while but you’re not going to fall asleep in it! I’ve given 4 stars because if quick delivery and, actually, for £60 it’s not a bad set.

I ordered an 18cm pan and a 20cm pan. They swapped the 2Ocm pan for a 24cm one of a completely different brand!

And if you read their ts &cs, it essentially says that they can swap your products but will let you know - they did not!

Instead of confirming the order when you place it, they confirm it just as they’re about to send it out so there’s no opportunity to fix any issues.

When you try to find a customer services contact number or even email address, there is nothing! Just a list of FAQs that send you round in circles that eventually lead to a statement of ‘contact customer services.’ But there are no customer service contact details!!!!!!!

Yes, I can return the pan but, why should I pay to return it? ( you have to pay for returns)

I know this company offers some great deals but unless you know you’re going to be happy with whatever tat they send you, bearing in mind their ts and cs say that they can change the product at will, just don’t do it!

We had agreed ‘assembly service’ with the retailer and then paid an additional fee for disposal of the old mattress. I had made it clear that our stairs have 2 dog legs. When they arrived there were statements of ‘I hate taking stuff away’ and then when I asked them to ‘assemble’ I.E. unwrap the mattress and put it on the divan, they grumbled about we don’t usually do that because we might have dirty hands, we just deliver and the customer does the rest. They did, eventually do what was asked of them. Also, one of the crew stank of cigarette smoke so I had to leave the windows open for the rest of day.

The positive is that they delivered the mattress and took the old one away without damaging anything and fulfilled the service that was detailed, albeit with no good grace.

Great products, great prices, next day delivery at a reasonable cost, friendly, helpful staff.

My only small gripe is that they weren’t able to colour match a particular paint colour for me.

Absolutely awful service and staff. Both racist and ableist.

On purchasing carpet they failed to advise that there were additional delivery and fitter referral charges. These were included in the price and not detailed on the invoice. Apparently it’s all ok because there were signs up to this effect and I was happy with the overall price. I am sight impaired and use a white stick, which I had with me when

I should have cancelled the order at this point but liked the carpet so proceeded.

The fitters arrived this morning in the rain, put off cuts on the drive and left the carpet outside in the rain. Didn’t use shoe protectors inside which resulted in wet boots on the underlay which was very wet in places. On complaining about this I was told it wasn’t raining and the carpet isn’t get wet, that they can’t hover so things will get wet, the fitter went off on a rant he wants to get in, do the job and get out, they’re not here for customers. I told him I wouldn’t be spoken to like that in my own home. He told me i had a choice they could lay the carpet or go. I told them to go. On dumping the damp carpet in my hallway he called me a f-ing lunatic and as he walked off slamming the door said p•kis f-ing hate them. I challenged him and asked who do you hate and he changed it to customers.

The underlay is torn where it’s been laid and still very wet in places.

Bags of rubbish have been left strewn through the house.

My partner spoke to the shop and was told there are 2 sides to every story and that I was obstructive.

Apparently United Carpets doesn’t employ the fitters, they’re self employed. This one turned up in a United Carpets van so, he’s definitely representing the company.

This is absolutely appalling service and I cannot believe that in this day and age people like this are still being employed in customer facing roles. Absolutely disgusted.

If you consider yourself any ally or share lived experience, please don’t subject yourself to this company

Ladder ordered with next day delivery to enable us to get some jobs done before our tradesman arrived. I even called to make sure it was next day delivery. Waited in all day for the ladder, it didn’t arrive. On phoning Toolstation, they couldn’t do anything about it as it was the weekend, instead they suggested that u go and pick one up from a local store! Seriously! I ordered for delivery because I don’t have any way of getting the ladder home from a store!
When allocated a time slot on the Monday, it was still later than expected.

Ended up having to pay carpenter a call out fee and now have to wait 2 months before he can fit me in again.

Cross on so many different levels.

If you’re going to offer next day delivery, you must make sure that it is actually possible.
