Absolutely loved completing the Marketing Executive apprenticeship as I really believed I found my calling and what I was meant to do. Throughout the experience I wasn't surprised to learn that I go about things differently to what is expected and it was really great to be supported by my tutor and the College to achieve on my terms. Big shout out to Neil Wilkins for really testing my knowledge and pushing me to think deeper and more critically, he really is inspiring and a great advocate for individuality within marketing.

EPA were great.

My computer decided to bluescreen halfway through my assessment. Not ideal when you're nervous and trying to just...get through it! But I was reassured as my assessor had taken my mobile number ready to continue to assessment should technology fail.

Thankfully I rejoined the session and we carried on where we left off.

I received a nice amount of feedback around my project plan and the exam itself.

The team at 1st for EPA made everything super straight forward and went out of their way to be helpful. The actual accessor I had was friendly and reassuring, which in a high-pressure assessment is amazing for calming those nerves.

Would 100% recommend.

The best thing about my examination process with EPA was the feedback I received afterwards. It was in depth and really nice to hear after two years of hard work.

Upon failing my first EPA, I received very detailed feedback in what was needed to pass.

The interviewer was nice and easy to speak to, making the whole experience less daunting - She even remembered me in the second assessment, and acknowledged the additional content in my portfolio that was needed to pass!

I had a fantastic experience when I completed my Marketing Executive apprenticeship end point assessment with 1st for EPA. The staff were really friendly and put you at ease throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly and I went in to the assessment feeling confident.

I had such a great experience with 1st for EPA. I find assessments to be quite a nerve-wracking thing, I couldn't have felt more at ease throughout the whole process. I experience a couple of technical hiccups whilst being observed virtually and my invigilator was extremely patient and helpful which meant I didn't panic and was able to overcome the issue and confidently carry on 😊

1st for EPA were amazing in supporting me through my apprenticeship gateway. They provided excellent resources and gateway handbook, provided a mock professional discussion experience and mad ethe process smooth and hassle free. Very Professional and super helpful. Would recommend.

I would recommend 1st for EPA over CIM. They make the process much easier and I had a great experience.

The End Point Assessment process was exactly as described from start to finish. Having a clear timetable/information pack in place allowed me to successfully complete my EPA.
The 1st for EPA Consultative Project template ensured that I had a clear project plan in place to support working towards completion.
The Professional Discussion element of the EPA was also great. The assessor was professional but friendly and ensured I was able to participate in the discussion despite a technical difficulty my end. Thank you for the great experience.

1st for EPA are always helpful from a Training Provider's point of view. I also think that the paperwork provided by this organisation is absolutely clear on what is expected of the recipient. They are a really great organisation to work with.

Great support and advice.

1st for EPA have great values in wanting to make sure the apprentice has a successful and enjoyable EPA experience by providing our team the required resources and support they need.

First for EPA has been very "training provider" focussed since we started working with them. Whenever I have had questions Helen has responded really quickly and been really helpful. Whenever we have had any issues or anything like they have worked to accommodate us.
I've also received really positive feedback from our apprentices about their end point assessors; they always set the scene, are polite and helpful.
This doesn't mean the EPA is any easier. There are strict processes that we have to follow as a provider, but they do what they can to help us meet their standards.
It's nice to work with an awarding organisation that so obviously cares about the training provider and the apprentices and goes out of their way to help us do better.
