TERRIBLE QC
My client received our order yesterday and the QC was absolutely horrible. The corner rounding is a joke, and some cards had like 1 round corner or 2.
I haven't seen them yet, but expecting they'll want a full refund.
Let me know what the process is to make this right.

Leonor was excellent
Leonor was excellent, when my order had some file issue, and it wasn't printed correctly. Leonor caught it in time before it was shipped and took care of it promptly. He reprinted and corrected the problem, saving me a big headache with a large client of mine. It would be a nightmare to deliver some mistakes that I did. If it wasn't for the quality control team, I may have lost the account. Services like this are hard to find nowadays. One more reason for me to stay with 4Over, because I can count on them.

4Over is the best! High quality products, many choices, and great customer service. I especially love their Majestic lines of products, they're amazing! I've been using 4Over for many, many years and there has only been one mistake, which they were very quick to correct. I highly recomment 4Over!

This was the first time using 4over
This was the first time using 4over. It is a preferred vendor of the franchise I own. They were HORRIBLE to deal with. The customer service was so bad. I had called and emailed numerous times asking a question. My question was never answered and I was told to just order my item without seeing any proof.
I took a chance and ordered my item without ever getting an answer on my question because I needed it. I hope it comes out ok but I must say this was the most frustrating process I have ever gone through with a vendor.
UPDATE: I received a call from their customer service team (Ed) which was very much appreciated. He explained to me their process and said a proof was sent to me. Unfortunately, I never received it and on their end it even showed it was never opened. We agreed the situation wasn't handled the best but he was going to ensure that it wouldnt happen moving forward.
People don't use the phone anymore and sometimes simple things can get explained by just picking up the phone. I appreciated Ed calling me and walking through this with me.

I recently usedDisappointed with Customer Service & Pickup Time
I recently used 4over, and unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired.
First, their local pickup policy is extremely frustrating. Restricting pickup times to just 90 minutes before closing doesn't offer nearly enough of a window—especially when you're trying to fight through peak traffic to get there in time. A single delay on the road means missing your pickup window entirely.
Second, the customer support needs significant improvement. When I reached out for help, I got inconsistent information depending on who I spoke with. Customer service representatives should be fully trained on the products they offer and provide clear, consistent answers across the board.

We consistently have issues with files being printed incorrectly, drastic color variation, and ordered just disappearing in your system after we've received confirmation of the order. Trust that 4over will deliver a quality product and on time is gone. We have spent so many hours on the phone with your customer service about these issues that we've looked for alternate vendors because it's just not worth it.
