You have a massive disconnect with ordering online and that should be what you excel at. I thought about giving you another try and it was like pulling teeth. Your preselected pull downs with your automated chat don't answer the question I needed help with and don't allow anything like an 'other' option. Your chat people are just in a hurry and have low customer service skills. It's too much. It took days to get a simple question answered about Spot UV and that's a very common this you have available on your website. Seriously disappointed.
