I have wasted too much time filling out…
I have wasted too much time filling out this survey before with ZERO changes. Your shipping prices are INSANE. Your website is glitchy. Selecting addresses when you're trying to drop ship is done poorly. I order all banners and flags from B2 Sign now b/c of the shipping costs and available options and ease of ordering. The one thing you guys do fairly well is customer service, it's decent... however it's really annoying that you can't cancel an order for a short period of time after it's placed. Literally every other vendor like you lets you do that. It's a hassle to do that.

3 Orders, 3 Problems, and No Help From Support
I wanted to be a long-term customer. I've placed 3 orders with 4over, and all 3 went wrong.
Order 1: 1,000 business cards. My customer wasn't happy. The cards felt too thin, and the black didn't come out the way we expected. The order page has a lot of paper options with very little explanation, so it's hard to know what you're actually getting. Now I'm paying out of my own pocket to get them corrected.
Order 2: 1,000 flyers. The print quality looks great. But when I turned the flyer over, the back side was upside down. Now I have to redo this order out of my pocket.
Order 3: More flyers. I paid extra for next business day turnaround and extra for shipping so they would arrive Saturday, because I needed them for Sunday. They're not coming until Monday. I paid for speed on every order and got nothing for it.
When I called support, I tried to be patient. I raise a little bit, I knew I had to control it, and I apologized. The staff still gave me a bad attitude and no real help.
I really wish working with 4over works out, but such bad service.
I let the first mistakes go because I understand mistakes happen. But 3 orders in a row, plus customer service like that? Unreal. The printing itself can be good. Everything around it is the problem.

Great quality and prices but bad service when you need it
Generally, things work out great with 4over with ordering and printed products. The quality is almost always great. But occasionally there are times where communication is poor and there is no communication between production, customer service and us. Doesn't happen too often but when it does, it is such a mess and causes a day worth of stress.

Great Customer Support
I have been with you guys since at least 2017 and all of your printing and Customer Service has always been amazing. Thank you for that. Recently, I had a question regarding a residential shipping charge and called to try and find a resolution. After multiple calls and multiple hours, I was very frustrated. I finally was able to get on the phone with someone who promised to have a manager Call me back. That manager was DONALD MONTZ and he was so helpful and made sure that all of my questions were answered and then even sent me a follow up the email with his contact info in case I needed help in the future-excellent customer service! Thank you for hiring such an amazing team!!
