Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. It is clear how frustrating it is to see an outdated order status after making multiple phone calls to confirm your approval. We are currently looking into our system updates to ensure our web statuses accurately reflect production progress in a timely manner.
Above and beyond customer service
I have been using this company for years with great results and great pricing. I just had a print issue that was a mistake on my part and thanks to LEONOR ACOSTA my order is being reprinted the same day that I called about the issue. LEONOR ACOSTA definitely went above and beyond to help me and resolve my issue in a timely fashion. She went to bat for me to get my job done quickly and at no cost to me. Great customer service and great print quality. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a good printer.

The UV coating was applied to both sides, it just should have been on the front.
4-Over recognized the mistake and offered to reprint. Mistakes happen and they owned it and made good on it.

4Over's printing and turn times are fantastic
I've used 4over for as long as I can remember, well over a decade. I have always had a great experience. The print quality is fantastic and the turn around times are quick. My most recent orders printed quickly and the shipping was super fast too. I received both orders days before I expected them.

I’ve been a printer my entire life
I’ve been a printer my entire life. As I got older, I transitioned to being a printing broker to avoid all the associated headaches involved in maintaining staff and equipment. 4Over has literally changed the way I do business. Their website is organized, their pricing is competitive, and the results are consistently good across the board. I can sell far more products than I ever did in my own shop and make a reasonable profit without all the headaches.
