Good Job, quality and speed.

I have used 4over for years and they have been great. I've done small and large print jobs, complex and simple. It also helps that they have locations all over the US because that saves me a lot of shipping sometimes. They have also been amazing about fixing any mistakes or working with me to figure out the best options for my clients. Also they have great prices.

Excellent customer service and exceptional prices and turnaround with reasonable S&H. During Covid days their prices skyrocketed! I actually stopped using them! But they are now back to being the best prices once again. And I am using them once again! Very happy about that!

I would give them no stars if it was possible. They could not edit my artwork that was placed and called about literally 2 minutes after I placed the order. The artwork was placed strong and I never got the opportunity to even re-upload. They said the only solution they had was to just refund me the shipping cost. So now I am out of a custom tablecloth for a expedited trade show that I needed done and $140 poorer. I'm disgusted with how there was no flexibility or even other solutions for this situation even though I've been a customer for years. They don't give a s*** about that either. They did end up trashing my order because I didn't want it anymore. I didn't want a tablecloth that had a 4-in ogo. So now I'm trashing the fact that theid service sucks.

Easy to order and approve proofs. consistent good quality.

Being a small business is very challenging. We compete with the endless online sellers with large marketing budgets and cheap prices, as well as the rapid increase of AI as a "fun tool" for the DIY crowd.

It is extremely important to have a print source we can trust and rely on, and 4over meets the need! I've been a customer for over 24 years now and I rarely have problems with the products or service. When they say an order will arrive on a certain date, its there!

This week, I had a large order of banners and coroplast signs for a specific event with a very tight deadline. One sign arrived damaged in shipping where the box was crushed and had defined shoe prints (from multiple shoe patterns!) all over the box. I submitted a ticket with 4over and they had a fresh new sign to me right away. They handled the shipping company that caused the damage and replaced my order in time for the event. What a relief!

The process was simple and fast. I appreciate that because my time is limited and the last thing I want to do is deal with a complicated process if an order is damaged or wrong.

The best part is that problems are so rare with 4over! In 24+ years, I strain to remember another example. I absolutely rely on 4over for my business and livelihood! Selection is great, the products are high quality and service is attentive and helpful.

4 over is the best in customer service, website orders, and shipping.

I've been working with 4over since around 2008 and have always had a great experience. When I have questions or concerns, they are addressed promptly. I am now a retired graphic designer, having owned my own businesses for over 30 years of my 45-year career, and now I head up the communications ministry at my church. So I continue to use 4over for cards, signs, banners, and other items needed. Items I've ordered have ranged from business cards to brochures, to coroplast signs, to banners, and everything in between. I highly recommend 4over to anyone who needs this type of service. Have I used others? Yes, several other online companies at times. But NONE compares to 4over in quality, professionalism, consistency, and price.

No update on my print job, an NO response from customer service either. Job is delayed by days, even though i paid extra for faster service.

This company has has severe issues with product quality, sending us misprinted items repeatedly to the point where we have lost sales from our own customers

No communication on a massive delay on an order. Reached out and was given the run around about what was happening, was told the order was completed friday and missed the cut off for overnight shipping, shipped monday, was supposed to arrive tuesday, and the tracking said missed cut off and didn't arrive to us until Wednesday. When i reached out to the supervisor who told us the order would get to us tuesday, i received zero communication back. This is getting to a point where we are going to be pulling almost all of our orders that we usually send your way.

I estimate I've been working with 4Over 25-ish years and 4Over has consistently delivered quality products with a very quick turnaround. In the extremely rare instance an issued needs to be addressed, they are prompt, courteous and thorough. Highly recommended.
