Dean was really friendly, and helped with all the needed paperwork. When completed he took away my bike and make sure everything was ready with the replacement before handing it over. 10/10 customer care.

Got off to a poor start where I feel I was coerced down the Hire Agreement path. The hire, storage and waiver fees were extortionate and despite what they said, I would ultimately be on the hook for these. At the very least, I would need to be cooperative and compliant for an indefinite period.

Because I refused to sign the contract and instead claim via my insurance policy, I believe I was treated as low priority and had to chase every other day for anything to happen. There was also an endless amount of form-filling and repeating myself.

However, once my motorcycle finally reached Lewis, the engineer, the matter was brought to a swift conclusion. Lewis was very quick to respond to emails and arranged the return of some personal effects.

There were several individuals I spoke to who are a credit to the business, but I think there is a problem at the top where they need to reconsider the ethics of the business.

Have only taken a star off due to the time taken to validate my claim, nearly 3 weeks, owing to a backlog they had.
Once Kevin Hall the engineer got hold of it, the claim was sorted within 48hrs, great service from Kevin, 5 star!

if you need someone to sort out your insurance claim these are the guys, second to none!
