4th Dimension handled my insurance claim recently when my Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally was stolen on 30th May in London. The claim was validated within 5 days and the settlement figure was reached in only 7 days. From start to finish their service has been excellent and without fault. Drew Stoodley was particularly helpful and treated me fairly and professionally from start to finish. I received a very fair market value settlement figure for the bike and the money will be in my account less than 2 weeks after the bike was stolen. I cannot recommend this company enough. Well done to everyone who worked on my claim. Fantastic experience under the circumstances!!!

Customer services were good 👍 let's hope the claim goes as well after police and CCTV has been reviewed. I would love my bike back.

4th dimension have repaired my tracer 9 ,from the start been a great experince from initial contact to bike being returned ,Great updates each week from chloe. Each time i phoned to sort out a problem staff only to willing to sort out the problem.Definitely recommend 4th dimension for any motrcycle repair .Great updates from the driver who returned my bike this morning ,great guy

Graham who collected my bike deserves 5-stars, simple and easy process on the collection.
However I took a star off due the fact that my bikes been collected a week later than it should have due to them making an error in the booking of the collection the week prior.

I’m yet to know how the bike repair is but I will update accordingly.

Fast and efficient in taking information…very understanding and caring in conversation when we all don’t want to have been in an accident….very clear speaking and extremely polite….100% impressed with the service I was given.

After a road traffic accident that was not my fault the team at 4th Dimension were truly great. They arranged repair and a hire car and were nothing but so helpful and friendly. Harvey and Debra were brilliant, so helpful and friendly and went that extra mile.
The process was stress-free and very quick, no excess to pay out at all. Unlike my insurance company who were complete muppets and not helpful at all.
Thank you Harvey and Debra - I will be changing my car insurance back to Hastings when renewal due.

The way 4th Dimension have dealt with the repair estimate has been highly professional. There has been regular contact updating the progress towards the expected completion date for the work. In particular, Lionel has been highly efficient in responding promptly to any query, all of which has eased the natural apprehension over the repair process and the length of time it will take.
