Khurram is an accomplished and thoughtful Mortgage Advisor. He makes you think carefully about your options, then sets about finding you the best deal. Once the process has started (which in my case included using Help to Buy) Khurram is tenacious in chasing up the mortgage lender and other parties to ensure the process goes as swiftly as possible. 5 stars- will use Abacus Money again!

From start to finish Khurram was amazing with regards to our mortgage application etc. After issues in the past (due to no fault of our own), Khurram knew it was an extra stressful situation for us and as soon as he had news for us, he would make sure he passed it on.
Couldn’t recommend highly enough. I will be making sure I pass on his details to anyone that requires the service.

Khurram was brilliant - really efficient and quick, and worked around our busy work schedules. He gave great advice, as we had 3 separate mortgages and needed to consolidate them and pay fees etc. He gave us a really clear breakdown of costs and a great recommendation. Would 100% use him again.

Khurram was superb. My Fiancee and I sort after advice from Khurram and Abacus for a potential difficult mortgage application throughout Covid. We found the house of our dreams and Khurram bent over backwoods to help make sure everything was sorted correctly. What I really liked about Khurram that differs from any experience I've had with mortgage advisors, is that he responded to any query I had within a very short period of time. Great diligence. Khurram was great! We were/are first time buyers with no real clue what we were doing. Khurram went above and beyond, not only explaining all the ins and out of the mortgage, but the whole house buying process as a whole. Very insightful and patient. 100% would recommend!

I am a first time buyer which put you in a lot of doubt if you will make it or not? This was not evident because it was the first time UK lockdown (Covid 19) time of uncertainty...however I was very lucky to meet Abacus Money in couple weeks they change my life from locataire to home owner. They been very supportive, knowledgeable and flexible. They found for us a good bank, good rate and still chaperoned us.

After over 2 years of waiting our dream home finally came to the market. We knew that we had to be in the best possible position to get the house. Given our employment status, lenders tightening up their borrowing criteria and the volume of mortgage applications slowing down the process we were very worried the would loose the house. Based on my clients recommendation we approached Abacus Money for help. They knew exactly how best to present us to lenders and which lender to ultimately apply to. Imagine our surprise when the mortgage was approved by the underwriters in less than 24 hours. We could not recommend this company more highly. They are a pleasure to work with and very knowledgable.
