Paul from Abu has now repaired or replaced few items in my lodge on Colchester County park his a very helpful and professional man also very polite 10 out of 10 for his help

Sam great as always , ensures we know what jobs have been completed before he leaves the park and always a good turn around time from once job is logged to completion, great workmanship and knowledge also

We purchased a Langdale in July 2022 in Portrush N.I. and were impressed with the quality of the fitting/finish.
Not so with the ceiling light fittings/bulbs-4 bulbs blown in as many months 1 before xmas, 2 on 28/2 and another on 21/3.
We had been advised that replacements would cost £25 each with a delivery estimate of 3 weeks. Before Xmas the site handyman swapped the bulb from another unit which was good considering that the actual fittings are such that losing a finger comes to mind due to the vicious springs holding them in place.
Due to pressure of work on site, we have been without 2 bedroom lights for about 3- 4 weels now and the other bedroom light has just gone as well.
75 yo+, disabled requiring 3-4 bathroom trips a night having 3 bedroom ceiling lights out of order is an inconvenience to say the least.
Thess statics are expensive and should come with some spares then I could have got an electrician instead of waiting for the on site man to be free.
Perhaps you could give me details of the bulb and I could source it online probably cheaper too.

9/4/25. Now into seventh week without bedroom ceiling lights. Again, can you give details of the bulb and manufacturer so that I can source them myself!!

ABI Engineer James was extremely helpful, very polite and the owners of the lodge he was dealing with were delighted with his attitude to the issues he attended to. If James could be our Engineer going forwards – we would be more than happy!!!

Jon has been our ABI engineer for a couple of years, I work on park and find he is always happy to help and nothing too much trouble

Paul at ABI been carrying out works on various holiday homes on park and safe to say goes above and beyond!

Sam is an asset to ABI, really helpful, really informative and keeps us up to date. He will go the extra mile to advise.

Paul is a credit to ABI as always ready to help when on site to complete works on our holiday homes. Goes the extra mile to ensure we are happy. Terry has recently been with him and they seem to be peas from the same pod. Great customer service.

Just purchased an Ambleside, and love it. Obviously there was some snags and these were promptly sorted. In came Paul & Terry ready to tackle the jobs. They were well experienced and knew how to solve the issues with ease. The ones for manufacturing faults are hopefully going to be resolved just has good and promptly as the snags was dealt with
