Purchased a fragrance set in Spain during a cruise only to find one bottle was only 1/4 full. Contacted the department store and Acqua di Parma. Acqua di Parma support was awesome! Pia assisted immediately, provided great communication and sent an entire replacement set. Already loved their products, but now can say great company that stands behind their brand an d service. Not only are these products special and wonderfully packaged in true Italian style but the sales staff and customers services which I have encountered have made this brand retain an edge over other competitors.

The Acqua di Parma Customer Service team is dreadful. I've sent a few general query emails and all were ignored. I've ordered several products on several different occasions directly from their website and when I go into "my account" and click on previous orders, nothing is showing. If Im going to purchase any more Acqua di Parma products in the future, I'll get them from any other retailer as the staff looking after their main website aren't customer friendly and take a long time to dispatch orders.

My order was not delivered, and I don't think it was even shipped because I didn't receive any tracking information about the shipment. I tried to contact them via the online form, phone, and even Instagram, but no response. I don't have the money or the product!

Bought this on a bit of a whim and I'm glad l did. Fresh, citrus and really easy to wear. Feels high quality and lasts longer than l expected. Would recommend.

Ho acquistato il profumo Colonia in un negozio all'aeroporto di Bologna; dopo essere rientrato a Messina mi sono reso conto mi fosse stato consegnato il profumo errato (Colonia c.l.u.b.). Una volta contattato il servizio clienti di Acqua di Parma ho da subito fatto la conoscenza di Pia, professionista con la quale mi sono interfacciato e che ha da subito compreso il problema, facendosene carico. A distanza di pochi giorni un corriere ha provveduto alla consegna del profumo corretto e al ritiro dell'altro, direttamente al mio domicilio. È stata lei stessa a interfacciarsi con il negozio nel quale ho acquistato.
In sintesi: grande professionalità, empatia e attenzione al cliente. Grazie davvero.

I received a different Chapeau candle than the one I had ordered, which was initially a bit disappointing. However, after contacting customer service, the issue was resolved in a very friendly and professional manner.

The process took a little longer than I would have liked, but the team was always attentive and helpful throughout. This experience has in no way diminished my appreciation for the brand. The products from Acqua di Parma are of exceptional quality, and I absolutely love their fragrances and the care that goes into every detail.

Jeg kjøpte en flaske Colonia. Men etter noe tids bruk oppdaget jeg til min store forskrekkelse at slangen som bringer parfymen opp til sprayen, var falt av. Ergo: En måtte holde flasken opp ned for å få ut godlukten. Krise!

Jeg antok at dette ikke var noe å gjøre med, og glemte hele saken. Nå er sommeren her igjen, og jeg har virkelig et ønske om å bruke parfymen (den er god året rundt, men best om sommeren!). Dette er ingen billig parfyme - og litt vanskelig å få tak i der jeg bor. Så jeg sendte dem en e-post for å si ifra, i et håp om at jeg KANSKJE kunne få en ny spray-cap for å få ut resten av innholdet.

Mailen ble sendt, og kort tid etterpå fikk jeg en svært hyggelig e-post fra Elsa på Acqua di Parma sitt hovedkontor. Joda, dette kunne de ordne. Jeg svarte med en video av flasken og bilde av batch-nummer, sant bekreftelse på kjøp. Svaret kom raskt: De sender en ny flaske!

Svært fornøyd - og er ikke i tvil. Min neste parfyme blir fra Acqua di Parma!

I have bought and used several different Acqua di Parma products. I have been delighted with all of them.

In April I bought a 100ml bottle of Mirto di Panerea in a shop in Venice. Unfortunately I managed to drop the bottle in my bathroom back home in the UK a week or so later. This damaged the sprayer pump and made this unusable. This was my fault completely.

I contacted Customer Care at the Headquarters. I received excellent support and assistance from them and particularly from Elsa Marku. After providing some clarity, Elsa sent me via DHL, in 24 hours a new sprayer pump at no cost. What amazing service! I am a very happy customer.

I bought the new Buongiorno Buonanotte Eau d. Parfum in the store in Rome which was only available in 100ml.
Very expensive (270€) and smells good but it doesn't last at all so nobody can smell it. Disappointing :-(

I recently had an issue with one of my men’s fragrance bottles and I was genuinely impressed by the speed, professionalism, and customer-oriented approach shown by the team, especially Pia. The communication was fast, clear and solution-focused from the beginning, and the issue was handled with great care and efficiency.

Nowadays, finding brands that truly stand behind their products and customers makes a huge difference, and this level of service deserves recognition.

Today i received the €175,- book,im very pleased with it,it came along with 2 samples,the iconic little paper bag and the yellow box all wrapped excellent,such a pleasure to unpack everything,big compliments CHAPEAU!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- THEY DO NOT SEND THE GOODS AND DO NOT ISSUE A REFUND. I am having to go via Klarna to issue a dispute and i am £100s out of pocket.
