Seguo il brand da molti anni oramai, e non finisce mai di stupirmi con le sue fragranze , sempre al passo con i tempi conservando la tradizione di eccellente qualità , entusiasmo nella comunicazione e servizio clienti eccellente. Difficile trovare di meglio . Acqua di Parma e' un marchio che oramai mi porto addosso del quale non riesco a fare a meno. Dalla eau de cologne, all' emulsione rinfrescante dopobarba, al balsamo mani, tutte fragranze che mi rendono felice, mi mettono di buon umore oltre ovviamente a portare giovamento al mio corpo. Consiglio vivamente questa esperienza sensoriale, sono sicuro che non vi pentirete.

Ho acquistato dal sito e segnalato le difficoltà di navigazione, la mancanza di filtri e in generale la lentezza del processo. Bè di contro posso affermare che il customer care, nello specifico nella persona di Elsa, è di livello che racchiuderei con una sola parola: ECCELLENTE. Velocità nella risposta, cura del cliente ma soprattutto una gentilezza ed educazione ormai rare da trovare. Da un'eccellenza italiana, un customer care eccellente.

La mia esperienza è stata molto positiva mi ha seguito Elsa che ha capito il problema, lo ha seguito step by step fino alla soluzione definitiva. I recently ordered a 5 pack of samples for £29, plus £9 in postage. This was to allow my husband to choose a new aftershave and I deliberately chose to order these directly from Acqua di Parma as they were promoting that you could get a voucher for the £29 to redeem against a full sized bottle.

Unfortunately between making a decision as to what I would order and checking out, I somehow missed that this voucher is only available if you check out as a registered customer, not a guest.

I consider myself fairly switched on when it comes to online shopping but have been left feeling cheated. I have contacted the company and they are adamant that this was very clearly stated on their website, I don't agree.

Please be careful if you are ordering from here. £38.00 was a lot of money to spend on 5 × 1.5ml samples.

expensive car diffuser does not fit most new cars. I have a new gen BMW and new gen mini, these v expensive items do not fit recessed vents. OK if a cheap throwaway but im upside down for 2 of them @150£ each. Customer service tries to support but put simply the item is not designed for many new gen cars. Should be a warning on the website.

Acqua di Parma have managed to turn a simple gift order into a complete farce. The delivery was delayed, the birthday message was missing, and there was no gift card included at all, despite being a gift order. That’s not just sloppy. It’s insulting.

The gift bag was laughably small for the size of the order, making it completely unusable. For a brand that sells itself on elegance and class, this is nothing short of amateur hour.

Customer service was useless and dismissive when I raised the issue. I expected a premium experience and got nothing but excuses. This is not how you treat customers who pay for luxury.

Any wonder they’re scoring 2.2 here on Trustpilot. Keep ignoring the problems and watch the brand collapse. This level of incompetence doesn’t just damage reputation — it destroys it. Sort yourselves out, Acqua di Parma.

Since writing this review, Pia handled an issue with my order professionally and efficiently. The replacement arrived as promised, with a thoughtful goodwill gift included. Clear communication and attention to detail completely restored my confidence in the brand.

Really bad experience with Acqua di Parma.

I ordered a gift before Christmas and paid extra for DHL Express delivery, which was meant to arrive within four days. Instead, it took 14 days to arrive, making it completely useless as a gift.

The order was a box of 10 perfume samples costing £40. The whole point is that the recipient then gets £40 off a full-size perfume, so timing really mattered. By the time it arrived, it was too late.

Before delivery, I contacted customer service to explain that it would arrive after I had left and that no one would be home. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me. They said they could not intercept the parcel because it was already in transit, even though it was still in Italy and I live in the UK.

When it was eventually delivered, customer service told me I would have to pay return postage myself. I find this unacceptable, given that I had already paid for express delivery that was not honoured.

I explained this twice in writing and followed up, but they have stopped responding altogether.

Poor delivery, poor customer service, and no accountability. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Ich kaufte eine Probenkiste als Gutschein für einen Duft für meine Frau. Der Kaufpreis sollte auf den Kauf eines Duftes im Anschluss angerechnet werden. Leider habe ich diesen Kauf als Gast getätigt. Auch als ich im Anschluss meine E-Mail Adresse ( welche identisch mit der Rechnungsadresse des Probenkistenkaufes war) registrierte, war eine Anrechnung der Proben auf den Kauf eines Duftes nicht mehr möglich. Unter diesen Umständen sind die Düfte in der Probengröße für 45€ deutlich überteuert und im Kern wertlos. Finger weg!

Ordine effettuato il 14 Dicembre, pacco con consegna prevista il 18.
Il 18 e nei giorni a seguire ho chiamato il call center (forse gestito da Filoblu s.p.a.) e loro davano responsabilità a DHL.
Di fatti DHL non ha mai ricevuto la spedizione, e solo oggi (23 Dicembre) ho ricevuto rimborso.
Mai più acquisti sullo store ufficiale.

Acqua Di Parma è sempre una garanzia, il mio profumo preferito. Il prezzo sappiamo tutti non essere popolare, ma si paga anche la storicità del marchio. Di solito lo acquisto in profumeria, ma ho voluto provare anche ad ordinare sul sito perché puoi personalizzare il flacone, e devo dire che non ho avuto problemi, il pacco è arrivato nei tempi stabiliti e con un confezionamento molto accurato

Very disappointed! If I cloud ask for a refund I would in a heart beat. The fragrance is amazing but ir lasts maximum 2 hours and after that it totally desapiers. You can not feel the frangance on the skyn or even on the clothes. It's the most expensive perfume that I own and it's the one that lasts the least. What a shame. It had everything to be an icon in the perfume industry and for me it's the exact opposite. My last buy on acqua de parma for sure.

Nous avons commandé mon parfum Colonia Pura en livraison express pour le 11 juillet. Mon colis s'est perdu, nous sommes le 31 juillet et pour le moment je n'ai toujours pas de remboursement.
Le service client, toutes les semaines , m'informe, suite à mes relances, que c'est en cours de traitement et que cela prend du temps...
Je crains malheureusement avoir déboursé 130 € pour ne rien recevoir!
Je vous invite dons à ne pas commander votre parfum sur E Shop Acqua di Parma.

Lovely scent, unfortunately the liquid goes down very quick, only bought last week and the diffuser is only half full

I am a long time user of AdP classic colonia. I wanted to try their other colognes but there are a lot in their catalogue. In their website I saw a ridiculously pricey test kit consisting of ten 1,5 ml. bottles of different colognes. The cost is 42 €. The good thing is that , as it was advertised, with the kit you receive a 42 € credit you can use in your next purchase of a large size cologne bottle ( 180 ml. which costs around 180- 200 €). I thought it was a good idea so I bought the kit. With the order I didn't receive any discount code so I contacted them and asked how it worked. They told me I had to wait until up to 10 days and they would send the discount code to me. 20 days later I sent them another mail asking for the code. This time they replied I wouldn' t receive any discount because I had made the online order as guest instead of identifying myself with my account. I think this policy is absurd and their communication leaves a lot to be desired for. They have lost a longtime user. Their cologne doesn't smell as good to me since I had this incident.......

Purchased Aqua Di Parma diffuser, once opened it was half used up within a couple of weeks, wrote to them but just got palmed off, will never purchase their products again, it definitely underperformed compared to Jo Malone and other much cheaper brands of diffusers. Total waste of good money!!!
