Christina made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and spent time getting to know where my issues and concerns were. The massage was fabulous and tailored to my specific preference. I would highly recommend Christina, a professional friendly person and an excellent treatment.

Christine was excellent and helped me relieve lomg term pains through sports massage. Her techniques were very effective and I’ll definitely be going back

I had a Deep Tissue and Remedial massage for the first time with Christina. She did a thorough consultation and asked me if there were any areas I felt I need work on and I explained that I work with computers and drive long distance. She straight away diagnosed the areas where I had sore muscles and during the massage thoroughly worked on them. She is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.

Christine was incredible! Really friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and areas that needed attention and was able to advise and adjust the massage to accommodate those areas. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Christine and I'm already booked in for my next treatment!

I booked the Swedish massage as a birthday treat and it was absolutely fantastic. Very relaxing!

Christine was bloomin amazing. I had an Indian head massage and a Swedish body massage after feeling a deep tissue was going to be a little to intense for me. I’m quite sure I fell asleep on numerous occasions. What a treat and thank you so much!

Christine listened to my issues and explained what she was going too do, continued asking if the pressure was ok.

Ben worked on all the areas I had an issue with & found another that I wasn't aware if!

I found him both personable & professional.

The West Bridgford massage room was very clean & comfortable as expected.

I have rebooked for another massage in a month's time, at Beeston as it is closer to home.

I had an amazing pregnancy massage with Christine yesterday. I went in with a sore back and hips being 36 weeks pregnant, and I felt well and truly looked after. I would definitely recommend.

This was my first visit here and will certainly be back. Calm atmosphere as you wait. All staff that I saw were friendly and smiley. Christine made me feel at ease and gave an excellent massage.

First time at Adjust West Bridgford booked an appointment due to a back problem. Appointment was with Gem who I was very impressed by she took time to discuss my issues and made me feel very comfortable throughout my treatment. Would highly recommend Gem, before leaving booked a second appointment.
