Just tried to cancel as friends are picking me up and discovered that there no cancelation refund. I thought I read that you could cancel but realise I’m up for fill amount.

Couldn’t asked for a better service
Couldn’t asked for a better service, everything was exceptionally smooth and the price of renting a car almost as half of other places. Will definitely use this company again.

Useless company
Useless company. Will never use again. Took them days to bother to respond with meaningless apology. The car rental company they hooked me up with even worse, called Bargain Car Rentals. Rude staff.

We understand it would have been frustrating to arrive at the airport unsure when your shuttle would arrive after your attempts to contact the depot. The booking confirmation included the supplier's shuttle collection instructions, including the contact number, collection point, and advice to allow up to 20 minutes for the shuttle after requesting collection.
We're also sorry to hear your comments regarding the service you received from Bargain Car Rentals' staff.
We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will share your feedback with Bargain Car Rentals so they can review both the shuttle collection process and the customer service you experienced.

Simplicity of Choice
Presentation of vehicles was great.
Choosing one to suit my needs was made easy by the number of vehicles available.
Securing the vehicle was completed very quickly - pads of paperwork no longer there! Completed a few strokes of the keyboard (after reading and approving the Terms and Conditions) and the vehicle will be mine by contract for the term of the hire.
