AIT Home Delivery kept me well informed about my delivery time and date. They delivered on time and there delivery men was friendly and helpful. What more can you ask for great work.

The guys were patient despite us needing to take a door off it’s hinges. They were super helpful and professional. Quick and relatively painless!

No issues, delivery as expected

Everything was really good had texts and link to even see where the delivery was and also had texts to tell me how far away it was excellent

Fantastic lads, put the worktops inside where I wanted them and very polite.

Company turned up just when they said they would. 2 very polite men who brought the TV straight to my door. I live on a Country park and it isn't to find the numbers. The communication from them and the depot was spot on!

This is THE worst delivery company I’ve ever experienced.

They were used by the company Mattress Man to deliver my bed, which arrived broken. I understood mistakes happen, so I arranged a replacement and collection of the old bed. I specifically requested a later slot due to work and was given 18:00–20:00. Instead, they called at 4:30pm saying they were already on my drive, leaving me to rush home early from work.

When they arrived, they only collected HALF of the broken bed (the bed came in two parts) and refused to assemble the replacement, leaving me with half a bed. They said they were only ticketed to pick up one item.

Two days later, they were arranged to collect the remaining half and assemble the new bed, this time with a 17:00–19:00 slot. They started calling me at 12:30pm, I explained I was at work and they then agreed to return at 5pm (as this was my slot anyway). I rushed home AGAIN, only to be told the job had been cancelled and they were now going home.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Completely unreliable and totally disrespectful of customers’ time.

Terrible Customer Experience from start to finish. Avoid.

The delivery drivers were friendly and polite I had an ETA phone call and they were on time they were quick and efficient I recommend AIT

Very friendly drivers and my order was handled with care. There was an issue with Sky sending my order to my old address, but that wasn’t the delivery companies fault and the 2 drivers very kindly waited a few minutes for me to drive to my old house and take the order.

Order arrived within the given timeframe. Very efficient and friendly service!

Really impressed. Good communication from order to delivery. Helpful tips on being ready. Driver called 30 min before arrival. Delivery was excellent - fridge was brought in carefully. Much appreciated, thank you!

Saturday delivery was unilaterally changed by a day without consultation. Customer services unavailable as change intimated at 16:38 on Friday whilst driving and by time message was checked, customer service department had closed. Had to abandon Sunday plans in order to receive item. Tracking showed that item arrived at AIT depot by 06:18 on the due date so delivery should have been completed as agreed with vendor.

Great delivery

The delivery driver arrived just a little ahead of time and kindly waited 5 minutes on us arriving at the house to take the delivery. Nice and polite and delivered in perfect condition.

Very helpful bringing it in to home showed that there was no damage
