We understand how frustrating it must have been to feel that the delivery to your bedroom may not be completed, particularly as you had paid for this service and had already advised that the property had two flights of stairs and no lift.

We’re pleased that the delivery was ultimately completed to the requested room. However, we appreciate the concern and inconvenience caused by having to discuss and negotiate this with the delivery team on arrival.

We would like to clarify that our teams are unable to unpackage TVs during delivery. This is to help protect the product and reduce the risk of damage once the manufacturer's packaging has been removed.
